Dec 08,2022They use to be great. Items shipped out and received within 2 days. They would email if delayed and ship out separate packages. My order from two weeks ago has yet to be shipped. I had to follow up with them they said they’d mail out a partial shipment - that was almost a week ago - still no shipping notice. They said delays due to Black Friday sales but I ordered a few days before then and should have received the items prior to Black Friday. Very disappointed.

Dec 07,2022I first spoke to someone from the Finlandia Online Dept. because I was having trouble using a code at the "check out" and they answered my question promptly and professionally. Solved the problem and placed my order right away and received it within 2 or 3 days. I am totally happy with my experience with them.

Dec 07,2022I placed an online order Nov 25. Zero updates on my order after calling three times, being told my order was in progress and to wait another few days. I finally spoke to someone who said the item is not in stock and will not be for another 2-3 weeks. Why have an item on your website if you cannot stock it? Very disappointed.
