Placed an order well before Christmas for in store pick up. Didn’t hear anything for a couple days. Called the store to ask about it, the person who answered was quite rude while explaining she can’t help with checking if the product is there. Called back again the next day to ask about the order, same person, told me that the order was back ordered. Asked to cancel which she said she did (albeit with attitude). Get an email a couple weeks later about the order being delayed (I had already asked for it to be cancelled) to which I replied that I already asked for it to be cancelled. Bad experience overall. Bad timelines, organization, and attitudes.
Great product and delivery. I could not buy one more product on and above what I have chosen to buy because had no reply to my two voice message to the rep from the online purchases. There are some products that I could not add to the basket. The item was listed but there was no option to add it to the basket or to buy. There was no comment posted what is going with it.
I thought Finlandia is a reliable company, but this time it make me very disappointed. I had placed the ordered on Nov 24, it is almost 1-1/2 month ago, but now they told me that they cannot fulfill my order. I am not only suffer from shortage of supplies, but also missed all the special discounts from other suppliers during the last holiday season offers. I only can said Finlandia is screwing me up, and put me in a very difficult situation.
the workers are nice and polite, it is just that it takes a very long time to respond back to emails. It would be nice if they could respond to customer emails within 1-2 business days. It has happen to me many times that I send an email and it takes a long time to hear back from a representative.
Not only was my order never filled, but it took almost a month for them to inform me it wouldn't be filled. I normally wouldn't bother leaving a review, but frankly, I received more emails reminding me to leave one than I ever did about the order. Incredibly disappointing.
Online ordering was easy and able to pickup quickly.

As always, shipment to my home was prompt and shipped when notified with easy tracking. Some goods ordered are not in stock but I am duly notified and often received before the promised date.

We placed an order December 26 and it is now January 8 and still no updates or delivery of our items. My wife called over a week ago to see what is happening and we were promised a call back and still haven’t received it!
Received my order quickly and the prices are comparably good.
A bit more communication would have been appreciated. But I’m super happy to be able to get Finlandia products sent to me since I moved!
What made my experience great is that the probiotics was kept in the fridge until shipping...when probiotics was shipped, it was shipped with ice pack. Shipping was fast.
I only received part of my November order and still waiting (it's January 3rd, 2023 now). No follow up phone call or email...!! Bad online shopping experience for that reason. Now I have to call and follow up whereas I feel the store should keep me in the loop about my order - what's missing, when is it coming, is it canceled, will I be refunded automatically, etc. Left a phone message and still waiting... I do love the store and the products offered otherwise. An upgrade to online communications and the website would benefit everyone.
Got what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time.
The EFA I ordered over the past year has been incredibly late in coming..letting me know up front would be incredibly useful..it means I have to go without for far too long. Sometimes you might not know but when it's possible please advise or warn about products with possible long waits until delivery. Otherwise I love your products..your store when I can get it, and the service
I had two exact orders, one to Regina and one to myself. The Regina order was sent and received within 5 days. I still have not received my order, Vancouver to Burnaby. Its now Dec 31, 2022. No explanation just a note to say sorry for the delay.
