Nov 04,2020I’ve used FirstVet twice now and it has been great to get an appointment straight away any time or day of the week without the emergency vet fees. The vets have been knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. The app is easy to use and sends a reminder before the appointment time.

Nov 04,2020I'm so impressed with FirstVet, I have access via my pet insurance policy. I pretty much view FirstVet as 'our' vet and always contact them first if I'm concerned about something. I really like that I can choose an appointment time that suits me and I can select the vet I want to see, which meawe have always seen the same vet. She's super friendly and really helpful, I have absolute faith in her.

Nov 04,2020We had a few consultation as part of our pet insurance. The vet was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Even though it was 10 minutes for the consultation, we didn't feel at all rushed. A detailed report was sent through to us after the consultation. If we had gone to our very, it would have cost us a £40 consultation fee before they had even looked at our pet. Am very happy with the service.

I have used FirstVet twice so far and both times they have been excellent - great advice and really helpful follow up notes.

Nov 03,2020Hei. Jeg har denne ordningen gjennom forsikringen. Jeg synes ideen er god, men de gangene jeg har benyttet meg av den har jeg blitt anbefalt å kontakte veterinærkontor. Jeg bor isolert i en liten kommune, nærmeste veterinærkontor er 45 min med bil unna, og jeg har ikke bil for tiden. Det er vanskelig å få til et besøk på kontoret - derfor bestiller jeg videokonferanse med dere. Med andre ord trenger jeg å bli rådet konkret til hva jeg kan gjøre med dyret. Denne gangen ser det ut til at katten kom seg av seg selv. Han hadde nok spist en spissmus, og det jeg trodde var hårball i oppkasten var nok den musa.

The vet we spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us some good advice, which put our minds at rest and enabled us to avoid an unnecessary trip to the vets. Would recommend.
