Nov 04,2020Saimme alle puolessa tunnissa hyvän avun ja neuvot koiranpentumme oireisiin ja vältimme ison eläinlääkärilaskun. Eläinlääkäri oli mukava ja asiantunteva. Myöskään koira ei joutunut stressaamaan eläinlääkäriin menosta, vaan pystyimme hoitamaan koiraa kotona itsehoitovalmisteilla lääkärin ohjeiden mukaan.

Nov 04,2020I was worried about my dog’s health and the vet asked me some questions, I showed her video of my dog. She gave me advice and a likely diagnosis and advised a visit to my own vet. I feel reassured that I can wait until morning to have her treated.

Nov 04,2020Video call included with our pet insurance. At 9:10pm i Was able to book an appointment for 9:30pm. The vet rang on time and was really helpful. Gave us loads of detail and explained everything clearly.

Nov 04,2020En valitettavasti saanut paljoakaan tietoa kissani ongelmaan liittyen ja potilaskertomuksenkin teksti kopioitiin suoraan Firstvetin nettisivuilta. Sain kuvan, että eläinlääkärillä ei ollut paljoakaan kokemusta kissoista. Tämä ei tosin koske kaikkia paikan ammattilaisia, koska edellinen eläinlääkäri oli aivan huippu.
