Nov 02,2020My appointment with first vet was beyond my expectation. I contacted them in relation to introducing a new cat to the household, having run out of ideas and no longer making progress. I was given various tips and ideas (some of which we'd tried but others we hadn't), having followed the vet's advice we are back to making progress. We're not there yet but I'm happy with the baby steps as long as they are moving in the right direction!

Nov 02,2020I booked a video consultation, which occurred within one hour of and me noticing my concerns about my puppy. A very friendly and helpful vet spoke with me and gave advice, which was then emailed immediately afterwards for my records. A fantastic service, I would highly recommend it.
