Mar 04,2021I had a consultation with Dr Clare Sparks at 8.15 am today. I am so grateful for her expertise and kind, gentle attitude. I was very worried about my Miniature Dachshund, Larry, who has diarrhoea and was up several times in the night. We did some checks over a video call and Clare made several recommendations, which were followed up with a detailed email. It put my mind at rest and I was able to get the gastrointestinal food and products easily and quickly. Larry is still bright and cheerful and I’m sure he’ll be completely well very soon. I’m feeling a lot better, too! Thank you for this great service.

Jeg vil selvfølgelig benytte jer en anden gang Da jeg stadig syntes det er trygt hurtigt at kunne komme i kontakt med en dyrlæge når min lille Simba er syg . Han er jo mit hjerte barn ,partner ,bedste ven i et . Så at se ham så syg var slet ikke rart . Heldigvis er han i bedring ,det er skræmmende hvad sådan en opkast virus kan gøre ved en hvalp på kort tid . Tusinde tak for snakken endnu engang ,er igen tryg ved at have denne service . Kom Tak i går Firstvet flere gange, også idag. Bookede tid til min Hundehvalp der var syg, dette er en del af min forsikring. Min hvalp var syg med opkast og slap havde feber og var rigtig skidt. Da jeg ved min dyrlæge har travlt om tirsdagen, ville jeg benytte mig af Firstvet. Ringede en del gange og brugte app til at få tid. Nu 28 timer efter har jeg endnu intet hørt tilbage på trods af jeg har anmodet om dette. Dette er simpelthen ikke godt nok. Tak til min forsikring der, støttende op og hjalp en del, så han kom afsted hurtigt. De bad mig igen kontakte Firstvet samme resultat INTET. Det er penge ud af vinduet.

Der har været et enkelt problem ift. betaling som i bund og grund var vores egen fejl men som i var virkelige behjælpelige med. Vi havde kontakt med Christine L. som har gjort et rigtig godt stykke arbejde i forsøget på at hjælpe os med det ene problem vi havde. Tak for jer!

Dec 28,2020I used FirstVet for the first time yesterday evening for my cat who suddenly became unwell. My pet insurance allows us to use the app as part of the policy. I was impressed with how quickly a Vet responded by telephone advising me to take my cat to the emergency vet immediately. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about how quickly I would receive a response but it was actually very good. I only gave 4 stars due to not actually having a video consultation because I had already left to go to the vets as advised, however I'm sure it would have been a good service.

Nov 29,2020Brilliant, amazing service and very fast - help solved our nervousness on a Sunday with three month old pup with conjunctivitis. Great vet. THE 24 HOUR SERVICE WITH A VET IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN "FREE" GOLD. Reduced so much stress with ZOOM call with vet in 15 minutes call back. Who would know a 'cancer lump' behind the ear was actually an overfed tick?!! Free service with Bought By Many pet insurance.

Nov 27,2020This is such an excellent idea. No cats enjoy vet visits and they become very stressful for the cat and the owner, so being able to video chat to a vet if you have concerns is fantastic. I've so far used the service twice and both vets were first class offering great advice and reassuring me which is often all a pet owner needs. The appointments have been available within minutes with lots of alternative times, again a very good service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Firstvet, a really first class company.

Nov 18,2020Konsultasjon på avtalt tidspunkt. Dyktig veterinær som tok seg tid til å lytte, se på hunden og gi gode råd og veiledning. Litt lydproblemer på videosamtalen men dette løste seg. Veldig fornøyd!

My mind was put at ease by the vet and we were given a constructive Diagnosis and remedies... which worked a treat. All the information discussed was also emailed so as an anxious pet owner I didn’t have to remember it all. Can’t recommend highly enough.
