Nov 05,2021I chose Fletcher Longstaff based upon their exceptional reviews on Trustpilot. It was one of the best decisions of my life. Tom Hansen, the MD, made the whole process effortless. It was discovered that the original Leasehold wasn't registered with the Land Registry in 1962. Tom was able to overcome this and this is why I recommend you choose Fletcher Longstaff, because if something hasn't been done in the past, you want experienced professional people like Tom to sort it out. Don't take risks. My Estate Agent in Wigan is now going to recommend Tom to clients. That in itself is a better recommendation than from me, because they deal daily with conveyancing. Thank you Tom for everything. My experience with Fletcher Longstaff was remarkable from start to finish.

Nov 03,2021Found the company by google and from the great reviews, we chose them to be our conveyancer. The things I like about them:- 1. Prompt reply, even if your allocated conveyancer is out of the office, there will always be someone to pick up your query. 2. Hassle free - They made the conveyancing process hassle free for you. You just tell them your plan is for example your planned completion date and they’ll make it happen. 3. Clear & organised - Once you are their client, you are able to register an account where you will see a checklist from the start of the process until the completion date. This checklist is using the platform called Intouch, which provided details step by step of what will happen next. Here you would also be able to see how many percent the status towards completion and all important/legal documents received from the seller solicitor or search packs will be saved here also. Every time the step is completed by your conveyancer, you will receive a notification email. 4. Great post completion service - Our conveyancer ensure we get our keys as expected. We had a teething issue in getting the keys after completion due to the seller solicitor failed to inform the estate agent but once we were in touch with our conveyancer again, he managed to get that resolved in 15 mins! Due to all the positive factors as above, I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone! Thanks Gareth Edwards for your continuous support. R

From instruction to exchanging contracts was 5 weeks, would have been even quicker if the sellers solicitors were a bit more on the ball with the replies to enquiries. Jan 08,2022... but if they did, they probably wouldn't be as good as Fletcher Longstaff. And I don't normally do reviews, but having received such an unusually good level of service then only fair that I should make some effort in return, particularly as Gareth Edwards pretty much saved me two and a half grand by doing the transaction in 33 days and so meeting the final stamp duty holiday deadline. I didn't expect that to be achieved and feel it's not likely it would have been with most other conveyancers - and I'm in a reasonable position to judge that as this is now the 10th property I've owned in my lifetime.
