A lot of our friends had stressed to us just how frustrating and stressful buying your first home can be, so we weren't really looking forward to the legalities and paperwork that comes naturally with the process. Thankfully, from the moment we instructed Fletcher Longstaff to manage our move, it couldn't have been easier. The communication with the team at FL was prompt and professional, and every time we had a hiccup with the developer, FL were able to sort it out almost immediately. His explanations were easily understandable and he helped point out any aspects along the process that he believed we should be made aware of that we may not have initially known or been aware of ourselves. He explained the whole process to us and kept us informed every step of the way, making the process as fast and easy as it could have possibly been. We couldn't recommend the service he provided us highly enough and would 100% be asking for his help if we decide to move house in the future and recommending him to our friends and family.
