Tom responded to all our emails within a few hours which is amazing compared to previous firms we have used who take days / weeks to reply. The price was competitive with no hidden charges or extras added on at completion despite a few complications with the purchase along the way. May 15,2021Tom went above and beyond for us. He found a serious technical fault in a leasehold which prevented us from making a terrible mistake. When we switched to property #2 Tom completed the whole process in just 6 weeks! He refused to take any payment for the aborted purchase process (which ran for several months) and simply transferred our money on account to the new transaction. This rapid completion has enabled us to benefit from the stamp duty holiday before the window closed and now means that we now get to enjoy most of the summer in our new home (which was looking in jeopardy when we had to abort). This was, by far, the best legal service I have received.

Apr 12,2021I bought and sold a few houses previously , but never had as excellent service as Fletcher Longstaff provided this time. It was a much quicker process then I anticipated, especially in the COVID backlog. They also do fast track local searchers, which took few days over 3-4 weeks. The solicitor was always available for me on the phone at any time, no need to speak through the secretary or rely on email only and wait for days for a reply. It’s not very often I leave reviews, but the service I received from Fletcher Longstaff exceed my expectations.
