Mar 20,2020I needed a speedy conveyancing on a rental property sale to reduce a CGTax massacre prior to end of the tax year. Recommended by Newton Fallowell of Sleaford, what's not to like...being not a tecchy it was a bit of a curve ball using smart phone apps, and everything done electronically and securely.SO SO worth it for speed of turnaround and achieving exchange and completion all within a truly short timescale once a buyer found. Watch out traditional conveyancers! Job well done and will be using again.

With great knowledge and sticking to their guns Astasia helped us resolve an issue that potentially could have caused us to withdraw our offer. I was able to get in touch with Astasia or any other members whenever i needed to and with the electronic signing procedures on the FL app we swiftly proceeded through the process.
