May 23,2024The website glitched while I was checking out and I submitted my card info and I couldn’t tell if I was charged or not but Jessica got back to me asap and reassured me that my card was processed correctly and letting me know that everything was good.

May 22,2024This company has provided a great meals to cost value for me. It's saved me a lot of time in food prep. I live alone and I wasn't eating until late at night due to having a busy schedule and then having to cook. It's really helped me out a lot. I've also had good experiences with their customer support team. Olga has been really helpful

May 22,2024We signed up to get the meals for 3 weeks (21 meals per week). After the third week, we decided to up the amount of meals. We were told if we wanted more than 21 meals, we would have to go to a wholesale account. After numberous attempts to talk with someone in order to place the larger order, we gave up. No one would call us back. Terrible customer service. I guess they don't want to make money. The food was actually good. We are now going to give our money to another company that has customer service.
