May 24,2024I was supposed to receive a shipment 5/15 but it didn’t show up. I come to find out a week later it didn’t show up because UPS damaged the package and discarded it. I wasn’t notified of this. I contacted Jessica in customer service and she put in a new order for me to arrive next day and got me a credit on my next order. Much appreciated for the inconvenience. Thank you

May 23,2024Just started flexpro 2 weeks ago. and so far out of all the meal preps i have tried these are the best flavored meals and variety i have had. And Customer service is top notch Marcela is great . i had an issue with damage product they fixed immediately no questions asked. i have recommended this to multiple people.
