May 29,2024I am new to FlexPro Meals so my review is not only based on my limited experience but also overall. Over chat support, I was supported by Benjamin who was great. He helped me with all that I needed in making some plan changes, etc. My other feedback stems from the functionality of the website. It's not as user-friendly as it should be and making plan changes is not necessarily something that can be done online from your account. Menus are a little hard to find and/or aren't readily viewable. There are both pros and cons but the cons don't overshadow the support that you do get when you need it, and that's what's important. Customer service does all they can to help you which is always appreciated. I just wish the website's functionality was better and hope that someday it will be improved.
