May 04,2024Jessica answered all my questions, concerns in a friendly manner. I appreciate her level of customer service. My frustration was with the thought that I would be able to get similar meals each order based on reviews, social media promos, which isn't the case. Issue had nothing to do with her and more of my expectation of what I thought I would receive if I subscribed.
