Apr 30,2024I really enjoy FlexPro for a variety of different reasons. As humans that are often away from home, it can be time consuming and expensive to waste fresh food and continuously have to go grocery shopping. They offer a variety of meals that can be frozen and saved for longer periods of time, and that are still delicious once thawed and heated up. It has given me so much time back to my day because I no longer have to plan, shop, prep, cook, clean all the dishes. We often pair the meals with a couple of veggies or a salad and it's perfect. The meals have also gotten better with time and they seem to be always trying to improve. I personally think it is a great price point for what is offered. Aside from the meals, working with customer service is very simple. If we do not need a week of meals, it is easy to skip the week through the website. If more than a week is needed, that is doable too. Everyone I speak with has been really nice and easy to work with. Today a FlexPro rep, Raquel, reached out to let us know that they were taking care of our request to skip another week and that we had nothing to worry about. It's nice to have that peace of mind and know that there is a human on the other end looking out for us.
