May 02,2024Called Muriel at customer service because I was curious if my meals were being substituted with different meals than I had ordered off the menu. They explained to me the schedule for when the menu is updated so that I can adjust my meals accordingly. Due to the inconvenience of having to throw away meals that were substituted, Muriel was able to procure replacement meals without my request. Amazing customer service.
