Jan 18,2024stay away from this crocks . advertise cheap price ask you to enter all your credit card details and after 45 min call you and say sorry your price has gone and if you wish to fly on same flight new price is 95GBP HIGHIER. even staff so rude they dont want to listen your side only price change price change . pay more or we cannot book . stay way from this rubbish company

Jan 13,2024I should have known better yes.. Advertising a cheapish flight..you book it seems good, then when you payment goes through it say we are trying to secure this seat booking pending..they then ring you and tell you somebody booked it in front of you and that this price is no longer available..you took too long to book it, even though the clock still had 19 mins on it. Then they tell you your payment is non refundable and has already been paid to the airline, and then they charge you an extra £500..please please don't touch these guys with a barge pole...absolute con job...stay away.

Dec 30,2023Unfairly cheated by the agency. Booked on the Advertised online price for a UK-IN ticket, then put on hold for confirmation. Was told later over a call, that price increased by 189 pounds; and any cancellation will incur 150 pènalty even though my original booking request cannot be entertained. And then said that "I hope I am aware of their policies" - which was not at all clear n transparent. Also the agent on call said their telephonic prices are different to the website cost... So website is of no use... and that prices are based on seats available etc etc... In the short time I had to decide and go for the expensive ticket. So I paid around 200 odd pounds for my ticket... Imagine the next day, same cheaper ticket was available again. And while contacting them by email, an audacious reply was provided. In my 17 years of travel, first time I been felt fleeced, forced, subdued. I have purchased tickets that were expensive by nature - but never ever due to this kind of cheating practice. Dont book with this agency. Stick to standard even if you have to pay more.

Dec 28,2023SCAMMERS! I wish I was able to give them zero stars. They are real scammers. Once you book the flight, they will say the taxes were not included and ask for more money if you need eticket to be issued. My instance is not an isolated one, google the reviews and you will find a lot of people were scammed by them using same technique.

Dec 08,2023Will not honour the flight prices they quote. Will lie about why the flight isn't available (in my case because I didn't have an India transit visa - which I didn't need). Will then try and sell a dearer flight, then threaten a cancellation fee to void the transaction. Stay clear!

Nov 26,2023Scammers!! Misleading!!! They promote a price online and do not confirm it. When you call to confirm they tell you "the one-way ticket is confirmed but the return ticket has increased" between USD160 and USD200!!!!! If you want to cancel you pay a 75USD cancellation fee!! This travel agency that scams people must be closed and reported! Horrible games, you should BE ASHAMED of yourselves!

Nov 21,2023AVOID, SCAMMER & CON ARTIST - 100% have NO DOUBT. We will now contact trading standards & trust pilot as the site reviews are misleading. We bought some flights through a recognised online flight website, we were transferred to FlightTrotters who were selling the tickets & bought the tickets online. We were then rung by Jacob who confirmed on the phone he was the owner of FlightTrotters. He rang us initially wanting £900 pounds more saying that we had not added in hand luggage. He then tried various ways to manipulate the situation to his financial advantage including saying there would be a hefty cancellation charge if we did not proceed with one of his other "offers" AVOID-SCAMMER

Nov 20,2023Avoid. Booked a business flight to the US for £1,300 for May 2024. Called them as they hadn't charged my card at time of booking, (though I did receive a conformation booking request), or responded to my emails for a few days since booking. (Previous to my call, I did check again and noticed they now wanted £1,800 for the same flights). On the call they told me there was an error in the tax that had been charged and the flight was £2,700. When I told him to cancel the flight, the guy on the phone then tried to downgrade me to Premium Economy for £1,800, and mentioned a few other options, all for more than I had originally booked. I told him to cancel. I booked this using pricenfly.com, so I would avoid them too.

Oct 27,2023Please be aware that the flight price you see on their website isn't the one you pay for. I booked a flight as it was slightly cheaper from the airline £512 vs £577, but the website doesn't issue the ticket even if you have given your card details and asks you to call the agency. The agency comes with their excuse that the airline has changed their prices and you have to pay at least £100 extra. Please avoid these fraudsters at all costs!

Oct 02,2023I have just been scammed by this company. I chose the too good to be true flight on the website. I then had to call to to confirm. They doubled the price for baggage and when I said I did not want the flight any more they took a administration fee of £140 pounds or so. I have let me credit card company know. I spoke to the very pushy scam artist Jacob.

Sep 24,2023It's a classic bait and switch website. Offer great price and then tell you there's a problem and you will have to call up then double the price due to "airline availability", however they continue to advertise the low price. Avoid at all costs.

Sep 11,2023I am totally unhappy with the service offered. I rang on Saturday to confirm with a member of staff if flights included the standard 10kg suitcase, and this was confirmed to me. I proceeded to book the flights then, and got an online booking acknowledgement email. I am aware this meant that the booking was "under process of the Airline confirmation". As three days had passed, I rang today to discuss the status of the confirmation. Staff proceeded to tell me that my booking was not confirmed because I had not picked any luggage, and then offered me a price with luggage which was DOUBLE the price I got online. They also said they could not confirm my booking because the price I got on their website does not exist. I also received a call after this, insisting first that the fee I got online wasn't available anymore (it's still on the website!), and then when this didn't work on me, they said the fee was for 1 person, when the website clearly stated it was for 2 people (I have copy of confirmation to prove it). I had even searched for a single person to confirm the price per person, before booking. And it was in fact half the price of the full booking for two people. First of all, it was confirmed to me that a small suitcase was included during my first phone call. Second, had I not called today, no one would have let me know that there was a problem with my booking. Third, that price is still available on the website! I would also add that the staff member rushed the call and seemed to lose his patience. This feels like an attempt to lure customers in with very good prices, and then try to upsell over the phone, otherwise the booking won't be confirmed. So they did not honour what was offered. I am also quite unhappy with the fact that they have my personal details and card details now for no reason.

Feb 03,2024I contacted the number associated with this company and spoke to a guy called Ben as I was looking to purchase a ticket I'd seen online. As I have never purchased any bookings with them, I wanted to make sure everything was correct. Ben answered and had already stated "you're looking for tickets to Perth" which of course I wasn't and was a bit confused as to why he started the conversation with that. he stated that he had been speaking to a previous customer. Nevertheless, we move on. At first, Ben was calm but became very rude and kept cutting me off whenever I was speaking and expressing my queries. He informed me the prices shown online were apparently for "promotional purposes" which I emphasised to him was very misleading to potential customers as anyone would think that the prices online are accurate. He then persisted to state that the prices are due to change which again; very misleading. Ben then subsequently hangs up the phone on me immediately when I stated that he was not listening to me or even giving me the space to speak. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Even if I was to pay the prices that he mentioned the tickets were via telephone, I would prefer to my money spend it with a company that I trust, feels safe with; that listens and cares about their customers than to spend my money where I'm not heard and clearly not treated with any respect. Customer service goes a long way, I'm glad I never made a booking and will never recommended such site to anyone.
