May 05,2024Purchased a ticket online (Montreal-nice) and was waiting for the confirmation, I’m then receiving a call saying the price went up by 450$ !! I said I didn’t it want it and the lady on the phone said I had to pay a fee of $150 if I didn’t want to pay the new price, how ridiculous she was then quite AGGRESSIVE, tried to scare me and then was just offering other dates with still high prices or to put me on a waitlist with the airline and then pay the price difference not knowing if I’ll get a set THIS SITE IS A JOKE STAY FAR AWAY

Apr 21,2024Booked a flight online then was rung within minutes and told that the fare had gone up. As I could not afford the huge increase I asked to cancel. They said I would have to pay a £500 charge. I found the agent quite agressive and refused. I said that I would let my credit card company sort it out. I did report them to Tesco Mastercard. I think Flight Trotters decided not to take them on and no money was taken. From personal expeience I advise you never to use Flight Trotters.

Apr 17,2024Be careful. I fly a lot and am used to so called cheap flight operators so checked and double checked all looked fine. Once I had paid for the flight I received a notice that the flight request was pending. Called the company and within the space of a minute the taxes have risen by £200 plus. Yes, flight prices change all the time but this is blatant lack of transparency. The good thing was that no money has been taken from my account. Nevertheless time-wasting poor service with a rude employee who patronised me when I pointed out the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Mar 30,2024This is a company that scams people never go to them on there website they put prices thy take all your information card details you book online ,you print Tiket when call them for confirmations thy will make excuses holding for 3/4 days when market prices up they will tell you that price was promotional now not anymore thy cheat with people . This company so bad I review 30 March after two months they answer In their message, they said they couldn’t find my booking Reference they They lie ,I throw all the paper in the bin

Mar 27,2024Flight Trotter company should be investigated for fraud misconduct. I went online to purchase a ticket for me and my 12yrs old daughter. The information that I was given online with flight Trotters deal which is the amount of £1258.50 is not the same as the price that I was given by the reservation team staff Eliza Watson which is £2077.78. As a result of misleading information online I was bullied into paying a fee of £500 to cancel a booking that was not even confirmed by the airline Qatar and had to email to confirm this cancellation fee. I am very disheartened about loosing a whole £500 for booking that was not even processed by the airline Qatar.

Mar 26,2024This is a company that scams people out of their hard earned money under the guise of being a travel agent. Travel agent my eye!! And if Eliza @ Flight Trotters is a real person, she should be ashamed. Once you book tickets they call you and require £100’s or even £1000+ in order to access alternative flights. You either pay the difference or pay a £150 cancellation fee. Fortunately I reported them to HSBC who refunded the £150 but I feel like such a fool for allowing myself to be scammed. I wish there was more I could do to stop them scamming so many others.

Mar 06,2024Very bad avoid avoid !!!!! Booked over night they came back in the morning and said the tax had gone up although they still took the money quoted online . If I cancelled would have lost the whole booking to Dubai . Do not use this company Raymond brown did not do enough to simply back me into a corner and gave me no choice would never ever use this company again . Mar 01,2024Would not book through this company as the fare online is not correct as its only base fare excluding taxes, fares etc. I phoned as online price was showing £1588.33 and was told incorrect price, if we make payment and book they will phone and confirm exact price which way more. Scam!!!! PHONE BEFORE BOOKING!!!!

Mar 01,2024If I could put less than one I would. DO. NOT BUY FLIGHTS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. We bought flights to Canada. We were then phoned and told flights weren't confirmed a site price was wrong and was an extra £495. Asked to cancel they said for ages. You can't. Then said we had to pay £175 per person to cancel!. By law you can cancel for free. We were so worried they'd take the flight money we cancelled our credit card to prevent anything being taken. Awful company. Please don't use.Will try and scam you for more money than quoted.

Feb 20,2024Do not trust flight trotters at all. Do not book online on their site. They are ripping off everyone. I booked two tickets and paid the price quoted to me online and waited for confirmation. No confirmation came so I rang them and they told me that the price has gone up by over £150. I told them them no way. I have paid the price quoted online and didn’t get a different price which he quoted me. He wanted to charge me extra which the system never showed me. Never trust this company.

Feb 14,2024Do not purchase flights online, the price they advertize is not the actual price this is just to suck you in. You'll pay much more. Every other online travel agent I've purchased from before manages to advertize the price you pay, but Flight Trotters just feeds you nonsense about ever changing prices due to tickets selling fast than the internet can work, apparently and that you don't actually purchase a flight your paying hundreds of pounds for a request. Maybe if you call you get what you pay for. Just don't use online.

Feb 13,2024STAY AWAY..booked with them through a searc company online.. price was cheaper then rest so payed online .. got a email but not a booking confirmation just a acknowledgment, called up and wanted extra money all off a sudden within a minute they contacted the airlines and found out taxes have gone up .. straight away realised i have been scammed and called my bank. Hopefully will get my money back . If not will go through claims company

Feb 10,2024I purchased tickets online for approx £780. Then I received an email from flighttrotters saying they were waiting confirmation from the airline. I then spoke to Ben at flighttrotters who claimed the price was no longer available but he could get me the same flights for £200 more. I declined and he then tried to convince me he would charge me £75 for cancelling. He became very pushy. I told him this was not right and that I would inform my bank. He then kept trying to offer me lots of other deals, all way more expensive than the first price. I said no again, and then he said he would have yo speak to his manager. He then said they would charge me £45 for cancelling. Again I had to assert my rights. He then said he would not be charging me. This was an appalling experience. I feel sorry for anyone who isn't as confident as me as this man would have bullied people into spending much higher prices or paying cancellation fees if they didn't accept. Their business can't be any good if they have to make money in such a fraudulent way. I have reported them to my bank's fraud department. Interestingly my phone displayed their number as suspected spam.

Feb 06,2024Le meilleur conseil a donner à tous, ne jamais faire affaire avec eux. Nous avons acheté 5 billets allez retour pour l'Espagne avec 3 cartes de credits différentes. 30 minutes plus tard, on reçoit tous un téléphone pour nous réclamer des montants de taxes supplémentaires. Ce qui est illégal au Québec, tous les taxes doivent être inscrites sur le montant des détails de vol. On essaie d'annuler, rien à faire. Ils nous passent d'un superviseur à l'autre en répétant toujours la même chose ou bien charger 150$ par annulation, donc 750$ total. Très impolis et agressifs. Finalement, comme un de nous discutaient avec eux, nous avons tous bloqué nos carte de crédit et fermé celles-ci. Donc nous avons joué de vitesse pour éviter de se faire avoir comme bien d'autres gens. Quelle mauvaise expérience stressante face à des fraudeurs professionnels. À éviter à tout prix.

May 07,2024I bought my flight tickets by lots of help from Ben . He has got great customer service. Absolutely 10/10
