Sep 02,2023I have never had so much trouble with getting a flight. I opted for a reasonable price and got the confirmation, only to have them call me the next day saying they could not honor it, then try to get me a higher price for the same flight. I had to leave a day later to get the original price. I go to check my info with the airline, and my name was wrong (they added SR, and I am not a SR) and had the agent's (Rene Russo) phone number and email address as the contact info. When I went to change it, the airline wanted over $100 to update it. They screwed up and I am not paying for this. They fixed it but what a hassle.

Aug 28,2023What on earth is with these reviews!? Who is giving these guys 5 stars!? Avoid at all costs, you give your details, they give you a price, the email confirmation states price guarantee, you call the office and they say your booking is confirmed with 1 additional action… the price to pay is now double because of “taxes” - what a load of rubbish! I implore you all to AVOID!

Jul 20,2023I booked my airline tickets with Flight trotters last January. The fares quoted were unbeatable and the tickets issued promptly the same day. Raymond Brown explained everything clearly and handled my purchase most professionally. When a slight problem did occur Raymond was quick to recognise the issue and quickly put things right. I can thoroughly recommend Flight trotters and will have no hesitation using them in the future.

Jul 19,2023It was interesting to see that Trustpilot has discovered that Flight Trotters (FT) has been misrepresenting their ratings, but it comes as no surprise to me as I have found their business practice and customer service to be completely unacceptable. In November 2021, I paid for a flight by Amex. The statement showed that payment was made to “FlightTrotters Milton Keynes booking from travelights.co.uk” at 21 Ivernia Avenue, Milton Keynes MK10 7HR, which is the address of Manet Kaur, the sole shareholder and officer of The Flight Trotters Ltd (Company No 09946264) My flight from Bangkok to LHR in Jan 2022 was cancelled, meaning I had to travel back in economy class instead of premium economy, and Flight Trotters has steadfastly refused to deal with the matter. The staff always responded with “when we hear from BA, we will contact you”, but from the way they treated me I am sure they did nothing. Today, I am delighted to say, I was awarded £503.95p by the judge at the hearing at which Flight Trotters did not appear!

Jul 07,2023Please please please avoid. The worst company I have ever dealt with. The flight advertised was £520 which included taxes and luggage. I clicked on the flight and i was asked for my details including debit card. I confirmed and then I was told the flight wasn't confirmed and I needed to call. I called and they told me the flight had gone up by £250 and I had to pay the additional amount by 5pm or I would lose all the money. Horrible people. Total scam. I have formally reported them to the bank and trading standards. Not sure how they can still operate. How can they have 4.7 rating on this site. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

Jul 05,2023If I could give zero stars I would, told a flight would be £818, ended up paying £1393, they then took another payment out of £393 and then emailed me to say they need an extra £1000 before it can be dealt with. I refused and then they would not refund me. I asked them what the extra £393 was for and they refused to tell me. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jun 21,2023avoid avoid avoid all prices quoted and flights will not be available as soon as you pay for the flight, the price quoted will state inc airport taxes ect but it doesnt. You will receive a call within mins and they give you some BS excuse that there was either an error on their side or the flight isnt available any more. originally my flight was £406 and i was then told £705 i told them i didnt want any other flight than what i paid for. regardless how times times you tell them you dont want the flight at the additional cost they will send you another email with the new price saying this is confirmation that you have agreed the increased price, they will point blank refuse to refund you and will continually hound you with a barrage of calls saying you have til 5pm otherwise you will lose all of your money. NOTHING MORE THAN VERY EXPENSIVE CLICK BATE !!!!! Jun 09,2023AVOID this company! I online made a reservation which shows me £660 on their web to pay, But to confirm that I just call them and make the same reservation over the phone and they said the price is 880. No seats for £660 due to availability. Jokers !!

May 24,2023The worst company I have ever dealt with, if your flight gets cancelled and you request for refund they just put you in turning circle with no intention to pay your money back, the agents are of Indian origins but they use fake names like Jaden, Raymond, Sydney Foster, Mark, Max etc, please avoid them and protect your money, they are scammers do not use their service.

Sep 03,2023Ne jamais faire affaire avec ce site! Ma belle-mère a acheté un billet aller-retour avec eux, mais en fait ce billet n'était que pour l'aller! Difficile de se faire rembourser, et une partie du montant a été remboursé. Soyez prudent avec quelle compagnie vous transigez!
