Dec 11,2023the worst company I have every used, they were asked to make sure the delivery was before 5pm, the driver tried to deliver at 8pm and then I received a picture of a Christmas tree being delivered and not a sympathy bouquet. They are ignore my calls as well.

Dec 11,2023From the moment I decided to get a tree...(wasn't going to bother a week or so ago) I ordered at 07.30 on a Sunday morning and paid via ClearPay and the tree landed on my door stop 4 hours later. Thats what I call prompt service. I've just taken the netting off and she looks like she will be a good tree. It's a Nordmann Fir Premier Grade A. Reasonably priced and if its your first order. you can get £5 off the tree. Delivery £8.95 I think. Well done and hope the tree will give us plenty of festive cheer. See you next year if not before!!

Dec 11,2023I have used this flower company many times before and have always been delighted with the freshness, quality and the emails about their delivery. This was the first time my order was onboard with a driver at 11 am for more than 9 hours, not being delivered, and no reply to my anxious emails. Fresh flowers were finally delivered at around 9 pm. The next day I received a kind email that explained the first delivery truck had a breakdown, and they had to find a replacement. However, they could have notified me (and maybe other customers) so as to explain the delay and be assured they were looking for a solution.

Dec 09,2023Flower Station delivered the Christmas Tree within three hours of ordering... which is amazing and a life saver after a so-called reputable company failed to deliver my tree a few days ago (and no response to my enquiries) and no hope of a refund. So Thanks to Flower Station I will have a Christmas Tree at my party this weekend! Very pleasant driver, so efficient. I highly recommend Flower Station. Thank you. Claire

Dec 09,2023Ordered a Nordman Fir Christmas tree with an expensive delivery to arrive on a Saturday. The page states “London only”. As I live in the London borough of Kingston, and the delivery page for “London” has absolutely zero info to suggest otherwise we placed the order. Entered our delivery address, took the payment and no issues flagged during the check out. No further correspondence after that point, I go to check the delivery details to see where my order is. The status now said “on hold”. After calling customer service multiple times and getting a voicemail service, “Alex” finally answered. He informed me that my order was cancelled because I was outside the delivery zone. He then reeled off all the areas they covered for London, which incredibly included all areas but mine. He told me this was on the website, but after searching the page and seeing London only, then going to the delivery page, there is zero stipulation in regards to what parts of London it covers. The website takes your money, doesn’t flag you’re outside any invisible zones set out by flower station, so I would implore any customers to think very carefully about using this company. 1) information on the website in my opinion is misleading 2) customer service non existent 3) they take your money knowing they can’t deliver the goods. Another cowboy company you should avoid at all costs.
