Dec 04,2023Very easy ordering process. I appreciated that an e-mail was sent to inform me that the bouquet I ordered could not be completed as ordered, despite the fact I was sad about it. The order was processed within the day and delivered. Nice tracking service. Very beautiful flowers!

Dec 03,2023Flowers were lovely (smaller than expected for the premium option but quality was really good). The disappointment was the information around delivery. No updates until 4pm on the day and then all you are told is that delivery is being arranged. Can’t track etc. even after the notification. Eventually flowers arrived around 7pm even though booked days before.

Dec 03,2023Order taken for a delivery on Sunday . Apparently emails were sent that indicated that this wasn't possible. Never received. I only discovered this when I visited my 82 mother the week after. Very poor The flowers are now due to be delivered on Tuesday. Fingers crossed they arrive but Birthday spoilt
