My order was completely wrong, I saw white hydrangeas 6 in s blear bowl, I saw that I was able to increase the amount so I bought 8 big white hydrangeas , so when I got jkme and ground my order been changed I was dl up set I was taking them to my mother in hospital as they are her favourite. I'm do disappointed Jo's can I place a order not knowing if its thd one I chose I look forward to hearing from you regarding my order Dr Maria Bentley-Dingwall

I ordered some flowers as a same day delivery and was badly let down by this company. Guys can't even live up to the promise thats a front cover for their website. My order was placed on hold for no reason. I was given 0 explanation. So yeah... 1 star is still too much for these guys. Thankfully another company myflowers.co.uk managed to save my day as I needed these flowers for a Birthday.

Order FS-1071321 I just don’t understand why delivery companies cannot deliver on time and on the date promised. Call made to Flower Station at 17.20pm there is no one available. Call made to DHL, there isn’t an option to assist and if you don’t choose ann option the phone is put down on you. This order is super important to show love and support to our Aunt who is losing her Husband in horrible circumstances. What a horrible way of treating customers. * Increases in festive orders has zero bearing on my experience!

I ordered flowers for my Grandmother to cheer her up as a surprise when I visited her, I ordered the flowers to arrive on the day when I was visiting her I told her a surprise was coming it didn't arrive it arrived the day after spoiling my surprise. I will never use this company again back to Inter flora.

The flowers could not be delivered on the date mentioned. The concerned person was not at home. The only regret is that nobody called him to inform even though his phone number was mentioned

I wasn’t given any indication of when they would be delivered, I had an email at 10.51am to say they were out for delivery then nothing, until I emailed flower station to ask for the ETA, they arrived at 8.38pm and have been left outside the property in this freezing weather. They are a birthday present so I’m really disappointed they have been delivered so late in the day.

Ordered a 7ft Christmas tree and the guy deliveries the day but with a 5ft tree! Waiting on Flower Station to resolve ASAP ** They did respond back and sorted it out the right size tree. Were pleasant to deal with

The flowers were delivered on the same day, however I also ordered a vase which was not delivered. The level freshness of the roses in the bouquet varied - some were fresh, and some started to wither very soon.

We ordered the flowers from Auckland New Zealand for delivery to Kenton, North London. The online ordering process was straightforward, tracking was spot on and delivery was made on time. And the recipient loved the flowers.
