Don't ever buy anything from this company. The delivery process has been a nightmare. They canceled on me three times in one week without any explanation. I took two days off work to be there during the delivery windows and they just kept canceling and rescheduling. The delivery company's customer service is awful, but at least they eventually answer the phone or respond. The Floyd customer service is pretty non-existent. On the date that they absolutely assured me it would be delivered no one showed up. I had to then call around to find out that the couch had been damaged in transit and could not be delivered. When I finally was able to talk to someone on the phone at Floyd, they said well we can't issue you a refund until we do an investigation. What do you have to investigate?! I've never seen the product so just give me my money back. Not only can they not give me my money back, but I would also have to wait another 8-10 weeks on top of the 10-plus weeks I've already waited to get the sofa. Don't bother with these people. I don't understand how you can operate a business like this. They don't seem to care about you once they have your money and they charge you immediately once you place the order and it feels like they have no intention of delivering the actual product. RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN
I cannot get a straight answer from this company. I ordered a sofa that the website said was in stock and would ship shortly. It's now been well over a month and a half and the tracking number customer service provided me with just shows the order as being processed. I don't understand how something purchased from a warehouse sale requires 8 weeks of processing. Its his company just running out the clock so that the credit card company can't issue a refund? It's frustrating for such a big purchase that they can't get their act together. I was just about to buy a rug and some bookshelves, too, but am way too nervous to now...
They do not have a phone number for assistance. They have only sent one item out of three, which was returned. I have only received credit for one of the items. They refuse to respond to repeated requests for status. Do not do business with a company that can't stand behind their products by providing a phone number for contact. Very sketchy internet company with non-existent customer service. AVOID FLOYD HOME AT ALL COSTS.
I did not have a good experience with Floyd. Their marketing is beautiful but their products and services do not live up to the expectations. The bed took a very long time to arrive, well after their projected weeks-long lead time. When my shipment finally arrived, it was missing the panels. It took way too long to get them to reissue the panels because they disagreed with the shipment vendor about whose fault it was. To add insult to injury, once the panels arrived, they were mismatched in color and very poor quality overall. I then had to wait another several weeks for a set of replacement panels and to coordinate with RXO to send back the original ones. I just sucked it up and kept the rest of the other damaged pieces for a small discount that they offered. Dealing with customer service during this time was difficult at best. They only offer email correspondence and you have to wait usually 2 days for a response. They fought tooth and nail to price match their own sales price because I was unlucky enough to have checked out days before they published the sale... meanwhile, the entire time I was waiting for the items the sale was still running. They did eventually price-match for me, probably because of the four-month-long ordeal.
My initial exchange with a Floyd agent went for a two-month run. I was very hesitant to reach out a second time regarding the same purchase but Ashlene immediately gave me a whole new experience. Ashlene was clear, concise, prompt, and engaging. After the initial call and assessing all available options to offer me, I left without confusion with next-step processes. You definitely saved a client experience here, thanks again!
STAY AWAY !!! We ordered the bedframe online on August 1st 2023. The year is now ending and we still do not have a bed. Our receipt said that the item will be shipped within 8-9 weeks. It is now 21 weeks after the purchase and the shipping company just told us today that the item is "missing"!!! They were supposed to finally deliver it on the weekend, but they never came (after we had confirmed with them and paid for a local expert assembly company to send people to assemble the bed). They are also completely unresponsive! I also suffer from chronic low back and sciatica problems which have been exacerbated by sleeping on a mattress on the floor (getting up and down from the floor puts extra pressure on the low spine). My symptoms have been very bad recently. So in addition to a the cost of the item that we never received and is now missing, we have already paid $400 for assembly that was scheduled for the day of the "fake" delivery and we may incur further huge costs related to our health (physical therapy for my back, chiropractic sessions, and possibly even surgery; I'm seeing a surgeon next week). I will make sure that Floyd Home pays for all costs incurred. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will pursue legal action if I don't hear back.
I ordered a bed frame in September, I recieved on piece of of a 4 piece shipment. Sent emails to thier customer support 4 times with no response, hoping they will reply to this.
I ordered a dresser with the nine drawer option on 10/29 and it arrived yesterday, 12/5, with the top broken and unusable. The box itself had a "return" label on it, which made me think that someone else ordered and returned this item because it was broken. I am extremely disappointed that an expensive item like this did not go through quality control and seemed to have been returned by another customer. We then filled out the form on line and was told that we would receive a replacement part. This was on 12/5. It is now 12/11 and we have heard nothing about this replacement part that we were supposed to receive. I did not want to believe the reviews for Floyd that said the furniture comes damaged and that the customer service is a "nightmare" to handle. It is all, sadly, true. Do not order from this company.
Our video review on 1 of our 3, defective 2023 Floyd Sofas is on YouTube, with the title: 2023 Floyd Sofa Review - Unresolved Major Structural Defect - Forest Green Edition. We bought 3 Floyd Sofas in mid-2023. Each of the 3 have the same major factory defect along with other issues. This review is over our forest green sofa. The next review will be on our sofa which has glue residue and scuffing from what I believe to only be the last customer's attempted remedy for the factory error. To make matters worse we have not reached any resolution with Floyd's customer service. We may do a video on our experience with their customer service process too. Our recommendation is to avoid Floyd.
I love Floyd products and have a few different items from them. However, there customer service is incredibly lacking. I’ve had issues with shipping and have found them to be largely unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude at times. For the price of the products, they can do better.
Where’s our bed??? We ordered Aug 5. Today is October 14. Still waiting. Impossible to get answers through emails or phone. Starting to suspect this is a scam.
The product is wonderful! Durable and practical for a family! Customer service is great! Efficient, kind, empathetic, and knowledgable! Ronie was my customer service helper and they made my experience extra special!
I purchased a bed frame about two years ago. Thrilled with the prospect of being able to expand is the reason I spent loads on a couple of wood panels and steel + ratchet straps. I ordered an expansion kit and received it today. Not only is the wood finished in a different tone but it's a much shinier, cheaper looking finish, the edges are no longer exposed but now have a veneer applied to them. I would be okay If I had been informed of the update (it's an EXPANSION kit for people who already own the product) Or if the images across their website had been updated with the new edge finish, (they weren't) I was supremely disappointed after waiting many weeks to receive my expensive board and steel. Even funnier, when I went to leave a review on your site - I couldn't leave a review because it bugged out every time, on two separate browsers. I have screencaps to show off the errored-out API call to Yotpo (their review integration partner) VERY convenient that I can't leave a legit review on the site. I own the shelf, the couch, the bedframe and was planning on continuing to expand as I upgrade my home in the future. However this has made me feel baited and switched and makes me want to sell all my furniture for pennies on the dollar so as to not promote this business behavior. Mind you, this isn't the first time I've had issues with y'all from shipping to poor manufacturing defects. Insane practices for such high prices.
I have purchased Floyd for years and was really excited to finally have the media console. Floyd shipped me the wrong parts (a large coffee table top) instead of the media console top. It took a few tries to get the order switched around, but we finally did. Unfortunately, Floyd state that I needed to find a way to get the incorrect order to a FedEx (they would not pick it up) or I would be charged. Basically, I would either have to pay for a service (they reccomended Uber..) to bring the massive console to a FedEx or I would be charged for the whole thing. No where does it state this in the purchase agreement. Here is their automated message: "We understand that sending this Table back to us may seem like a daunting task! but there are a few ways to complete it. 1. You can take the box to your nearest FedEx office. If you don't have a vehicle at the moment, there are many services such as Uber that can help you with transportation! 2. You can arrange a pickup with FedEx directly. At this time, we don't facilitate FedEx pickups but you're welcome to contact them and request this service. Kindly note that additional charges may apply. 3. You can also check the TaskRabbit website. This is a very affordable service that provides endless options. Kindly note that the Table surface should move back into transit within 30 days from the arrival of the replacement (9/12). After this window expires, you may be charged for the piece you're electing to keep." I think it's pretty disappointing that I will end up paying EXTRA money for their mistake. I will not purchase from Floyd again. If you do, I really hope they get your order correct the first time.

it took 4 months to receive our shelving, and 3 of the 4 units were damaged. this was a terrible experience.
I still haven't received my order, so that's a pretty big deal. It's been 11 weeks since we made the purchase on items that were to be delivered 7 to 8 weeks from date of purchase. Still no solution, still no couch.
There was an accident in my apartment where the ceiling caved in from an upstairs neighbor attempting to fix their leaking kitchen sink. My 2 year old Floyd sofa was essentially soaked and ruined. Norma helped me get my Saffron cushions replaced. The entire process was friendly, and the timeline was exactly as she had mentioned to me. I'm glad Floyd has people like Norma on the team that help with unique situations like this that come up.
