We mistakenly ordered the wrong color of a bed. We immediately realized our mistake and tried to contact company. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of. They would not let us change color. Said we need to cancel order and gave us a link. Guess what, it doesn’t work. A representative told us the bed wasn’t shipping for 6-8 weeks and now they say they can’t cancel it because it’s being shipped. It’s been 2 days The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hopefully, we won’t be out the $2000 that we spent on this bed. It’s ridiculous.
Company did not fully disclose shipping time after the initial time up until shipment. The couch wasn’t fully put together and it it very difficult to connect with an actual person. Furniture is beautiful, however the hassle may outweigh that.
Like so many others, I’m shocked by the disconnect between the thoughtfulness of design for the pieces themselves and the total backwardness of the customer experience. I was sent a very badly damaged piece (looked like a forklift hit it) and Floyd acts like replacing it is a benevolent act. No shortened wait time for the replacement, no work to ensure that the replacement delivery and pickup of damaged piece is as minimal of an intrusion as possible, and absolutely no compensation for all of the wasted time and effort (including catching their mistake in originally ordering the wrong replacement item…) If you have been lured in by the Form sectional as I was, I would strongly encourage you to check out the new and very similar sectional available at IKEA. I wish I had. Floyd is not a serious furniture company.
I placed my order in May and after the estimated shipping window of 5-6 weeks passed, I reached out to Floyd for an update. After making extensive efforts to reach someone, they informed me that my order would not ship until the end of October. I got the feeling that they would not have contacted me about the delay had I not reached out. I inquired about changing my order to something that would ship sooner, and they said it could not be done. They offered me nothing more than a $105 store credit as compensation for the major inconvenience.
Horrible experience. The shipping location was based on my billing location, and Floyd is giving me no options to have it delivered to my new home. I am scrambling to determine what to do....Nightmare...
My lounger still hasn't been shipped, and it's almost two weeks past the expected ship date. I cannot get a straight answer from customer service, and it takes them 2-3 days to even acknowledge my email. No phone number to be found, and they don't accept cancellations. So I've paid $1,200+ more than two months ago, without any indication of when the item will be shipped or arrive. A friend recently ordered a Floyd sofa and is having a similar experience. You shouldn't really send dozens upon dozens of marketing emails trying to sell products if you can't realistically deliver on your promises. Really disappointed, as I recently moved into a new apartment and still don't have a couch to sit on.
Our headboard arrived damaged, with a large dent in the wood. When Floyd sent another heardboard, not only did it also have small scratches on it, but it was missing the veneer all around the border of the wood. When we asked for a refund, not trusting that Floyd would get it right a 3rd time and honestly not wanting to waste the materials and fuel it would take to ship yet another headboard, they refused. The best they could do was give us a $50 refund. It was a disappointing experience, and as cool as this brand looks in all their online ads etc, they didn’t deliver when it came to providing us with a quality product and service.
The couch arrived dirty and with threads hanging out on most of the cushions. With the price of the couch, I expected more.
When we bought this bed, we thought it’s gonna be strong real wood. In a month or 2 one of the board got little briloken from the top but Floyd send me another board. Thanks for that. But we didn’t like the quality for that price which we were expecting
Good customer service. Just wish shipping was a little faster but other then that had a good experience and products are amazing.

I’m trying to complete a return and have been waiting 3 days to get a response.
These lead times, and prices, are outrageous. I ordered a mattress that got here in 48 hrs, and now I'm about to wait for 60-80 days of its 100 day return period just to get the bed for it? Ugh. Additionally, the price for addons and components represent a tremendous increase from the original prices paid for this item - at least doubled in the last few years.
Very easy to construct, and slick looking
Ease of assembly and great looks. Great instructions with video content as well. This applies to the bed itself, the under bed storage, and the padded headrest.
I have not received my couch for 12 weeks, when I followed up at 11 weeks they said it would take 4 more weeks. Nobody followed up with me regarding these delays. I was initially told it would take 8 weeks. I cannot even comment on the couch because I haven’t received it yet.
The item was not built the right way and I have to wait for replacement for another 8 weeks. The support made sure to let me know I’ll be double charged if I don’t return the defective piece which is weird because it’s clearly not my fault I received something that can’t be assembled. I was hoping for far better experience ordering something in this price range. Update from October 13, 2023. I still haven’t received a replacement. It’s been 9+ weeks since the replacement order was placed and 4 month since I placed the initial order. Unbelievable.
Horrible customer service and communication. Product arrived damaged and floyd only offered a tiny bit of store credit. Nightmare. I purchased the floyd bed years ago and had a great experience but it seems they have gone down considerably. Would not recommend.
One of my nieces was messing around on my computer, bought stuff from floyd, and floyd wouldn't let me cancel the order even though I emailed them to cancel it within 24 hours. Still haven't heard from them

Upon receipt I reached out to customer service with an image of the mismatched headboard. I did not hear back. I reached out again a week later and still have not received a response. Do NOT recommend buying from this company!
