Floyd uses TrustPilot to send spammy survey emails
Initial order arrived damaged but customer service saw it thru that I got my dresser delivered in perfect shape.
Purchased about one month still not received the order. If cancel the order, the seller will charge 30% restock fee.
I've been having problems with my floyd bed frame for about a year. I finally contacted customer support but had low expectations since it was after my 1 year warranty. But, to my delight, Norma went above and beyond and offered a generous solution. Thanks Norma!
No response to my inquiry about order status after a week+ No updates to order status after 9+ weeks since ordering. No notes at time of purchase or guidance as to delivery protocol - will I be notified ahead of time, or will a bunch of giant boxes be dropped off in the rain while I am traveling for business?
My couch is delayed 3 weeks and the customer service has been really horrible. I'm a designer and we really rely on accurate delivery times. It just doesn't work. Mari
If I could give less than one start that's what they would get. A company that hides behind automated systems to avoid talking to a customer! ordered an item that has gone 3 months behind on delivery and left to deal with a delivery company that offers you inflexible options months ahead. Horrible experience, horrible company. Beware !
The colors of the various sectional pieces we bought look a bit different as well as the couch was sent to us without the proper clips to connect some of the sections. When I reached out to Floyd, they said they'd send new clips immediately, but they never arrived. So I emailed them back (calling is not available!) and was told they were out of supply so I'm still waiting 3 months after receiving our couch.
I have not received my order. It is difficult to find the status of a Floyd order-communication could be a lot better.

Why does everything move SO slow with your company? My product has been “out for shipping” for months and I haven’t been contacted to schedule a delivery. And I waited 3 months before that since I placed the order.
No communication after we ordered our bed. I had to contact the Bette Business Bureau to even find a phone number. We still have not received our bed, though we have paid in full. Where is the bed? How to track our purchase? Is anybody home at Floyd?
So far my experience with Floyd has not been great. I ordered a really expensive couch and have received 0 updates regarding my order even though I’ve already started paying it off. Would be great if Floyd provided some sort of updates regarding order that take more than a month to fulfill
I broke one bolt on my Floyd tall shelf system and requested a replacement. I was told that I had to buy an entire hardware kit for $25 in order to get that replacement piece. For an $800+ set of shelves, I would expect a better solution to replacing one tiny part.
The lag time between ordering and receipt
Three days ago, you sent me a FedEx tracking number, and three days later, it seems the delivery is still sitting in your warehouse in Minnesota. Meanwhile, you've sent me two requests for feedback, but what do you want my feedback on. Your inability to get FedEx to move the package?
The beautifully designed and finished shelf brackets came on time, as promised.
The Floyd website was incredibly misleading. The site indicated that my item would be ready to ship in 5-7 days. A week later I had not heard anything, and followed up. They informed me that while the item is ready to ship from their warehouse in 5-7 days, their “delivery partner” would not deliver it until 5 weeks later. I paid $180 for shipping. I would have purchased from a different seller had I not been so grossly misled.
Very disappointed in customer service. Still waiting for credit for returned items. Will never buy from Floyd again. Contacting NBC 5 Chicago for help with this matter.
