When I called flybackindia.com customer service to cancel the tickets, they what to know the reason why I want to cancel the tickets. Grow up guys, please cancel my booking and give me a travel voucher worth my confirmed ticket. I can't even call these people and getting recorded messages. That the lines are busy !! Looks like everyone is cancelling the tickets.

Mar 19,2020Once you bought the tickets you are on your own. I have been trying to cancel the tickets since airlines also provide cancellation without any charges due to covid-19, but they are not cancelling it. Horrible experience.

Mar 18,2020I had to share this experience here. As everyone knows about this outbreak of the corona virus, our flight was cancelled. We thought we will be stuck and won't be able to return back home. Lots of my friends and relatives had to pay a lot in order to get into another flight. But thankfully FlybackIndia and KUDOS to Rohit and Neeraj in customer service for their great assistance. They helped us to rebook in another flight on that same date. Rohit was very patience with me even though he forgot to forward me the ticket :) but then Neeraj was there to help again.I would highly recommend FlyBackIndia to everyone... really appreciate their help... THANK YOU

Mar 15,2020I have used them multiple types for my business trips. They always end up making more money from me then the ticket was sold for. This time I had to test the theory. I bought two ticked this time. One through the airline, one with them. It was the same ticket. Then a couple days later, I called them and the airline to see if they will move my ticket a day later. FLYBACKINDIA charged me $600 to make the changes. The airlines did it for free. The ticket through the airline was $79 more expensive to start. I suggest pay the extra up front. Don't buy tickets from FlyBackIndia.

Mar 14,2020Never book a Flight with Flyback to India, they always try to make money by saying you need to pay fare change, Always book a flight through airlines they wave of cancellation also and provide you alternative. Furthermore, Flyback to India will give you wrong information that all the seats are sold and you have to pay for fare etc etc.

Mar 11,2020Persistent in getting your business. Impression is given that offer has been customized although that is not the case. Once you get the ticket done do not expect anything from them. Priority seems to be selling ticket not custmer satisfaction.

Mar 20,2020Stay out of trouble if you don't want your money gone. Completely unreliable middle men, it will be hard to get a hold of them later. Talked so almost 6 people they gave me six lies back. Go buy direct from the airline if you want peace of mind.
