Kajal was very very patient in handling the booking from the time I started talking to her as I had to call her several times with numerous changes with the travel date and number of passengers. She was very polite and patient in answering all my questions and gave a very good deal and helped me through the whole process of booking my ticket. Once my family trip to Canada was abandoned and I had bought non refundable tickets it was worth lakhs... I knew I had lost my money but these folks r so kind and committed to their costumers that they escalated my issue with the airlines and got refund for me... They created miracle for me n u know whats the best part I got each n every penny back... Not a single paisa was deducted... I can't thank them enough for standing by when most of the ppl closed doors n made excuses for their costumers... There r certain moments in life when your trust in humanity is restored by almighty my experience with you folks is the same... U don't even know how your efforts have brought a huge relief to my life in these testing times... I give u my word folks.. whenever m gonna fly I m gonna come back to u now n forever... U know how to retain costumers... these r testing times and this will get over soon... Life has just begun so mark my words u have me as your permanent costumer... Feb 17,2021I don't think they deserve for a single Star rating even, will never ever suggest anyone this fraud ticketing agents, their only role is cheating customers while booking tickets, that's all. You can't imagine their responsibility or assistance if you unfortunately need to change or need cancellation or refund for your itenarary. I have booked my itenarary last year in a march but due to covidn19 travel restrictions, we were not able to fly, since then I'm in continuous touch for refund and even I have made request almost 4 months back in October, they promised for refund vouchers and gave a deadline for 8 to 10 weeks but it's going to be nearly 4 months now and their is no response now. I'm writing every week but either there is no reply or the same repeated answer ( airlines very busy). Wasted my around 4800 Canadian dollars ( almost 2.5 lakhs INR) and still their is no hope and I need this to settle all in extreme family urgency. Only option is knocking the door of consumer court now, which I'm doing very soon. Please don't consider them for any future bookings and save yourselves to be a victim like me.
