Oct 14,2020Hi All Just wanted to share my personal experience with flybackindia during this crisis. I am also one of the customer like you others who was supposed to travel to India but due to this COVID I was not able to travel. Even my money was with them and after waiting for approx 6 months I got my money back and everything is fine. Guys just wanted to say that let’s give them some time and try to support them as even they are working hard from their side. Special thanks to manager Ashutosh Sharma who really helped us with our refund.

Sep 19,2020Scam ....never use this agent or site for any purpose if they offer a ticket for even 1 Indian rupee or for free still keep your self out of trouble...I have booked a ticket from these people and when I was inquiring abt it they followed uP ever hour from their side ...now I am trying to contact them no one picks up call since last 3 weeks. There is no reply of email or complaints. It’s a waste of time to deal with these people ...they used to say it’s problem from airline but all the airlines are so good To help the clients.

Sep 09,2020It was one of my worst decision to book tickets though flybackindia.com. 6 months since my tickets are cancelled and these guys are not taking action on the ticket. every week i follow up with them they give insane reasons for not initiating transaction. i contacted the airlines and they just need the agent to inititate the refund but for some reason these guys wont do it. looks like i lost my money.

Aug 25,2020Refund not processed it is been 6 months now. Again when contacted, a person named Kshitij Sharma raised another request saying "not sure what went wrong with previous request". He is the same person who raised the request 6 months ago above are his exact words. He is telling me now it will take another 6 months so basically I am being asked to wait for another 6 months so in total there is a possibility to get a refund after 12 months. Pathetic attitude and this guy is the Manager of customer relations. Will never ever use FLyback India again.

Aug 01,2020I made a biggest mistake and bought unfortunately tickets with flyback India. Because of coronavirus , I had to cancel my tickets. They did n't refund my money , though Delta Air confirmed 100% refund. I feel like being cheated by Flyback. I lost almost $1680 on tickets . I will never recommend to buy tickets from this agency. Buying from this agency , People usually lost control over their tickets for direct dealing with airline to modify/ cancel tickets on Passenger request.

Jun 03,2020I am not getting an option to select 0 stars. Worst company to book a ticket with. I booked tickets with them based on Trust Pilot reviews. Because of Covid-19 they cancelled my flight without my consent, without checking with me, when I called the airlines they said that they haven't initiated the cancel, it was done by travel agent. But Airlines mentioned that they are ready to refund the complete amount. But Kshitij Sharma from Flybackindia informed that they cannot refund the complete amount and charge the commission, and also said that they need to confirm with Airlines if they can refund the complete amount. I already confirmed with Airlines that they are ready to refund complete amount and wont charge any service fee. This is a pathetic and cheap business tactics even in this pandemic. Never go with this agency to book any tickets. Trust Pilot please check the review policy here, and connect with me if you need more details, i have all email proof.

If you need to face a hard time and save little money you can book with them. They are very active until you book after that you are lost. BEWARE- They can manipulate prices easily while you are making similar flight searches .

May 28,2020I had purchased ticket from FlybackIndia in Jan 2020 my parents were supposed to return on Mar 2020 but due to COVID 19 all flights were canceled so they rebooked ticket for May but flight were still not in route so I call them to give me refund but they keep telling me they are unable to get response from airlines and still they have not issue me refund. Very poor service. Also very rude customer service. Please stay away form FlybackIndia.com

Apr 14,2020I recommend others, don't book your tickets with this agency. In situation of corona virus, all flights were cancelled and they were ready to give you 100% refund back even though ticket is non-refundable. But this agency denied that and they were not giving you money back. Then I had to call Lufthansa care, and then they helped me out. Also at that moment they rescheduled my flights without any charges, whereas for rescheduling this agency were charging me $650 extra. So this agency is not trustworthy.

Apr 02,2020bad service. no email returns. i was talking with there rep for a flight and in the mean time i find same flight cheaper on air canada web site. rep said it is imposible. he asked me to give him pnr. i gave him pnr. he cancelled my flight without my permision. i called air canada they told me they never canclled flight themself. it was requested to cancel. but i never requested to cancel my self. so to make money there rep cancelled my flight and put me in difficult position .because india was closing all international flights. i had to pay lot more money to get new tickets.after i spoke to manager. he said he will call me back after listning call and watching cameras. nobody called back. i will never use them again.

In a time where we are all struggling with a virus, flybackindia is doing everything in their power to take all the money they can from you. Never doing business with them again

Mar 25,2020Why am I not aloud to put my voice down? They gave me miss info and made me buy a second ticket. Called them 4 hours later, told them they are wrong. But they said we can't refund you your tickets. The world is suffering. They still use shady tactics to make people spend their money. I am not a fan! This is the 4th time I write my review. I am being honest. If trust pilot wants proof. Please email me! Thank you!

Mar 20,2020These People are as good as Scammers. One time you pay the money it is gone, no one is gonna help you out. They make easy things seem really hard to do. For instance, I had to cancel my flight coz of the situation(corona virus). Even though the airlines are giving full refunds without any cancellation charges, these people will be in the middle to make sure the money doesn't reach you. Be smart and stay out of trouble, GO BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE IT MIGHT BE 100$ EXPENSIVE BUT ATLEAST THE MONEY IS SAFE.

After waiting for months I finally rebooked my ticket without any issues and also without paying any fare difference which I was asked to because there was change in flight (partner airlines). thanks to the manager Ashutosh Sharma who personally handled the situation and booked the tickets. would definitely recommend.
