Oct 25,2021Reali is one of the best real estate companies! It has rebate program that buyers can take some of the buyer's agent's rebate that helps tremendously during costly purchasing experience. Also, it has full cash option to make the buyer more competitive during offer.

Oct 23,2021I was a buyer. Found that he has excellent knowledge. He has skills to negotiate with the seller, but he still protect both parties’ rights and benefits. The loan was approved and the escrow was able to be successfully completed with his help. I highly recommend him. You will not regret.

Oct 15,2021We used the trade-in program. Everything went very quickly. My Agent got us the townhouse we wanted. He is always reachable, responsible, and efficient. He even arranged the painter I couldn't find for my old place within a very short time. The open house happened within a week after we moved out and got the offer, above the listing price, in 3 days! He is amazing.

Oct 11,2021Reali is a great real estate company. It is very easy to book properties to visit online, and even with short advance notice, the agents make the effort to meet at the schedule requested. A benefit of Reali is that they have been more available than standard agents to go for a home visit at any time with short advance notice. The agents are professional, friendly and not pushy. The purchase process is fully automated,and Reali team is there to support at all times. Our agent was awesome, we felt he was on our side, giving good suggestions and honest opinions, and negotiating with seller to get to a good deal for the buyer, and supporting all the way during the closing month.

Oct 08,2021When I sold my home, I wanted to pay less in the closing costs so I decided to go with Reali after doing some research on Real Estate companies and their fees. The realtor Reali sent to my home, Shabi Horne, was great to work with throughout the whole experience. If I had any questions or concerns, Shabi was always available and helped me every time. There were several occasions Shabi had to interact with the buyers realtor on my behalf to change the timeline or discuss addendums and I really appreciate everything she did for me. I would recommend Shabi Horne to anyone looking for a great realtor. Thank-you Shabi and Reali for making the home selling process go smoothly! D. Lindeman

Oct 07,2021Donny helped me throughout the whole process of finding my first home. He was really patient and was able to explain things in a simple manner. He really cares for his customers and made me feel like my concerns are answered. I am glad that Donny was my agent for my purchase and would recommend him to others. As for the Reali app, I find the app can use some improvements as there was constant bugs even after every update. Detail information sometimes won't show up or there are duplicate listings. All caused inconveniences and extra effort to find the necessary information. Chat function is great and agents are responsive which is a big plus. I would say overall still a very positive experience, but it was really Donny that made the experience a great one.

John answered all our questions and fully explained everything we did not understand about the process. He went above and beyond the call of duty in personally making sure everything was in order all the way through the transaction. We are totally satisfied with the service received and on top of all that, we also received a 1% buyers rebate. Thank you, John and Reali !!!

Oct 06,2021Sang Ur was the first realtor to respond to our interest regarding a certain property, and it was almost an immediate response. And it was the same throughout the entire process. He was always available (and patient!) to answer our questions, even when they were asked more than once. If there was a way to negotiate a little extra for us, he found it. We really felt that he had our best interest at heart, as if we were family, and we enthusiastically endorse him to anyone looking for a new forever home!

Oct 06,2021I am writing to tell you what an absolute pleasure that it has been working with Realtor Tascha Gomez at Reali. First some back story: I was originally viewing home with a realtor from Zillow who was dishonest, changing his story constantly and just saying whatever he thought that I wanted to hear. He also was not a good listener because I was giving feedback on what we were looking for and he didn’t remember anything I said. Lastly he was wildly unmotivated, he literally told us that in this housing market realtors don’t even have to work and that money just falls into their lap. So we stopped viewing homes for a few weeks and when the discouragement wore off I went searching for someone else to work with. I remembered seeing Tascha’s Facebook posts about homes and contacted her, and I’m so glad that I did!! I could immediately see that Tascha is incredibly motivated and her work ethic is insane. She was available anytime that we needed her every step of the way, and this was particularly impressive because she usually works in the Lincoln and Sacramento area and I live in Fairfield (just over an hour away). She has an expansive network of people at her disposal to answer any and all questions, from a banker who she referred us to because ours turned out to be unreliable and slow, to the plumbing and air conditioning guy that she had call us within the hour to answer some questions that we had about the house we were selling. She listened to every detail that I went over about my wishlist for my new home, and at my request was brutally honest with me and I with her so that we stayed on the straight and narrow. It was a crazy couple of months between trying to sell my house, going back and forth repeatedly trying to buy one house that had a Scrooge of a realtor and didn’t work out, and then finding my forever home where I am currently relaxing, watching my kids play in my new amazing back yard and pool. This process of buying and selling homes is already a stressful one, that comes with the territory…but I would not have survived it without Tascha there to advise me every step of the way, or without the great referrals that she provided me with. I am so grateful to Tascha and to Reali, and will absolutely recommend to everyone I know in the future!!

Oct 05,2021We bought an apt in San Francisco through Chris Frangos who is very professional and easy to work with. We did the transaction remotely from another state, Reali had all paperwork by Docusign, and Chris made the transaction a breeze experience. A big surprise is the 1% buyer's rebate which we did not expect. Absolutely recommend Reali, and Chris.

Oct 05,2021I used Reali for the 'trade up' program. I would categorize myself as an educated real estate customer so I knew the costs of the transaction in such a program. However, the Reali team did not do a good job of communicating details either on the financing side or on the listing side which resulted in a lot of frustration along the (months long) process. I would still recommend it for people with specific circumstances, especially in a tight real estate market. But I would say at this point the Reali team needs to get their act together in terms of educating, guiding and fine-tuning their process across their many distinct sub-teams. Also, their app is terrible compared even to old school competitors - appraisals in Bay area ended up including Los Angeles homes for no apparent reason.

Oct 25,2021We bought and sold a house through the Reali trade in program. Overall it was an OK experience. We were able to sell above asking and buy our dream house with their help. However there were some bumps with an external mortgage application, which made us pay rent for a longer period. The Reali rental fees were disclosed up front and were quite high. There was also less guidance from Reali for the T3 transaction, I had to keep pinging people to get things going.
