Sep 10,2021Kathy was one of the nices people I have ever met. Seriously she is awesome. Every weekend she drove around 100+ miles one way to see houses with us. She was honest and real about the houses we saw. She didn't try to sell us on anything. Rather she tried and succeeded in helping us find want we were looking for. The next house we buy, we will be talking to her. She is not longer our real-estate agent, she is our friend. I could say she is family.

Sep 08,2021As first time home buyer we were new to the real estate rodeo. Agents we interviewed before reaching out to Reali were sales pushy and did not match our needs. At Reali we worked with Mark Tantoco. We truly enjoyed the transaction. Mark and the back office were available whenever needed: Short response time, insightful and effective communication. He gave fantastic advice on all homes considered, beyond what I would expect from a realtor. Closing was super smooth. We would definitely recommend Reali, Marc in particular, to any home buyer!

Sep 01,2021I am a first time home buyer in this hot market. I honestly didn't think my offer would get accepted so quickly, but my first offer ever got accepted and it's all because of Lanette! The day that I got my offer accepted, Lanette reached out to me immediately and worked after hour to do extensive research on the home. She let me know what would be a good offer price range I'd need to offer in order to win. Our offer was so competitive that it was accepted by the seller the day after! Not only is she insanely accurate with her predictions, she's extremely communicative as well and kept me in the loop with all updates. If you want someone that will make your home buying experience stress free and genuinely has your back, choose Lanette! You will not regret it :)

Sep 01,2021After almost two months of working with Reali I had to discontinue my refinance application due to multiple errors by Reali and their vendors and miscommunications amongst all parties. While the rate was excellent there were so many mistakes I had little confidence the loan would be correct. Sounds like they are trying f to improve operations. Tread carefully and review ALL details.

Aug 29,2021We are so grateful to have had Daniel as our agent to sell our home! We were first-time home sellers, and as hectic as we felt the process was, Daniel was there every step of the way. Daniel was extremely thorough and knowledgeable from the very start of the process until the end. The best thing we like most about Daniel is that when we thought things during the process were taking a turn, getting out of control, or weren't going right; he would always bring a sense of calm and assurance that things would work out in the end and took it one step at a time. When he compared the price of recent pending/sold homes, he also talked to the listing agents to get the best estimated price. When someone bid too high, he would give suggestions from his perspective. He was helping to save my money. Finally I got my dream house. And yes, I recommend him.

Our agent, guided us on how to get the home we wanted and also took care of selling our old property. I really though it was too go to be true, but here we are in our new place enjoying the upgrade. Every step throughout the process was actually easy because of the company’s ability to buy with cash as well as Michelle’s insight, professionalism, and expertise.

Aug 03,2021We used Reali in the hopes that the cash offer program would give us a competitive edge in the current sellers' market. Michelle Schafer was our agent, and she did a wonderful job. She did what was in our best interest at all times, was very communicative and worked diligently in getting our offer accepted. We were also able to get almost 10% over the asking price on the home that we sold via the "trade in" program. I highly recommend Michelle and the cash offer/trade in program.

Jul 20,2021Ron was a pleasure to work with throughout the home selling process. He had previously helped us buy a home, so this was our second time working with him. Ron demonstrated again why he is your go-to person; Ron is professional and detailed oriented while being cognitive of the big picture. Interactions with him are always very smooth; he provides his honest recommendations without pressuring you. This is very important because you want an agent who can speak their mind so that you can check your bias. When we were thinking of selling our home, Ron put together a checklist for us to fix, then gave us a detailed timeline of the next steps. He coordinated everything from move out to key handover to new owners (inspections/staging/open houses/offers/etc). Whenever things moved, he adjusted the schedule to reflect the new dates. This was very comforting and took out all the "I dont know what's happening- who is waiting on whom?" sentiment that can exist in such processes. Based on the market conditions, Ron came up with due dates and then helped us vet/select the offer that was a good fit for us. He then worked with the buyer's agent to ensure the transition was smooth and the closing was on track. He amended the contracts as per the new closing date. He did protect our interests throughout the process, and he did that while following due process and treating all parties involved with respect. I am very much appreciative of Ron's skills. Buying/selling a home is very much a money game, where market conditions and offer amounts largely determine the outcome. Yet, the process can be complicated, with slow-moving parts. Ron ensured that all involved parties came out feeling like winners. I would strongly recommend Ron, without any ifs and buts!

Jul 17,2021When it comes to sell/buy house, Market trend, timing, preparation and luck should be followed to win the game, however they may not be achievable by individual efforts. However. I can confidently mention that I am lucky to work with Ron & Reali team since it was very smooth process from the beginning until closing. Ron is very professional realtor and knowledgeable about the markets. His experience and recommendation has become my assets in the real estate market and we have achieved beyond our expectation at the end. Also, Reali team has been responded any requests or questions in very quick time manner so that I am able to focus my regular daily life. Great team works and well communicated via app, email, and text message. As a seller, 2% fee including deep cleaning, staging, and photographs are very competitive compared to other companies and no hidden fee. I highly recommended to work with Reali and look forward working with them again.

She always took our calls and helped us to navigate the sale. We had over a dozen offers after the first weekend, the photos and marketing by Realli showcased our home very professionally resulting in an offer much higher than asking. Very pleased with everything.

Jul 13,2021This review is for Reali, NOT Reali Loans. My wife and I stumbled on Reali through a targeted ad and reached out to them after hearing great things through friends. Our agent in Los Angeles (Lena Pina) was an absolute rockstar. She held our hand as first time home owners, was patient and kind in times of frustration, and attended every single showing appointment with us. I was amazed by her dedication considering how many houses we viewed (20+) and how much our tastes and perspectives changed throughout the course of the engagement. Suffice to say - I had predicted it would take 6 months to find a home and with Lena (and a bit of luck) we accomplished it in 1 month. Our experience with Reali loans was not perfect, but what helped us the most was always feeling that we had someone fighting in our corner and ensuring we felt comfortable and informed before committing to anything. I will (and do) recommend Lena and Reali to all of my friends and family who are house hunting.
