Jan 29,2019I love technology - and was drawn to Reali for that reason, and the fact that I can use the technology to reduce the realtor costs of buying and selling a home. What I didn’t expect was the very high level of personal, hunan being, customer service. I have my very own listing agent, and another agent who makes AOTA and meets me at showings. There is absolutely no reason to not use this service. All of the regular realtor benefits and a huge savings in realtor costs. I highly recommend Reali.

Every time we have question they get back to us right away whether they have answer or needed time. Their are very knowledgeable are their advised saved us money. They also worked very well with the Buyer's agent which makes the whole process smoother even when we encountered an issue. They found ways to resolved the problem and close the escrow as expected. With my experienced with Reali and their team of Agents, I recommend Reali to anyone. On top of their excellent service, I also saved a lot on commission. Jan 08,2019We had an amazing experience with Reali while buying our home in the Bay area. They have a great app and automated systems, but also a wonderful group of people who helped us all the way through negotiations, removal of contingencies, inspections and closing. We worked closely with Manjit who was always available and ready to help, but many others in the team provided a lot of help too as necessary. They are very efficient and professional and could not have asked for anything more. And, got the rebate (as promised) very soon after the close - the process was very smooth. With the excellent experience and the rebate, I would surely use their services again for any real estate transaction without any hesitation.

Beverly walked me thru each step of the sales process while at the same time creating interest that got me offers many thousands of dollars over my asking price. For the life of me I can’t figure why anyone goes anywhere other than Reali!

Dec 08,2018the agent just want to get their money. Once the deal is done, it is very hard to find an agent who can help you. Also they just want to push you to buy the house. They don't give you suggestions such as whether you shoudl check the house, whether you are overpaying... basically what they want to do is: get you signed the contract. If you are the 1st time home buyer, I would suggest don't use them.

Dec 06,2018The final result was good but the process was difficult. My condo sold in 3 days of being listed, it was a full price all cash offer and that’s about as good as it gets when selling. However since I was not local to Reali (they are in the Bay Area) there was no agent present for the inspections or the final walk through, also escrow and signing documents. This made the process very difficult and since that’s 30 days long and it’s when you need the knowledge and experience of an agent I constantly struggled to keep things on track.

Without hesitation, I would definitely use their services and recommend their service to others. It's refreshing to see Reali and their team work on what's best for their clients. The commission based traditional model of real estate is outdated.

When we bought our new house in June 2018 we got much better value using Reali than going with a traditional realtor, especially in a crowded and competitive market. They offer both an app and a team of experts that worked closely with our family, helping us find the property we wanted and managing all of the negotiations and overhead for us. At the end of the transaction, we also got a significant discount on the price in the form of a rebate from Reali. Since then we've recommended Reali to a few of our friends and they were all just as happy as we were about using the service.

Dec 01,2018Reali helped us buy our dream home. Scheduling tours was easy, our contact (John) was honest and knowledgeable. Manjit negotiated on our behalf really well. But the biggest differentiator was the rebate... if reali starts reducing the rebate (like redfin) then they will lose their edge. Overall, very happy with Reali and the rebate.

I didn't have the need to interact much with my agent until the end, when some concerns came up during my pre-walk-through. Her advice was helpful, and overall the experience was easy. I almost went with another broker, but chose Reali because of the rebate. Given the new construction there would be some higher costs, such as appliances and backyard landscaping. Overall, it was an easy process, not to mention the rebate was extremely helpful. Thank you Reali!
