Our agent was supportive and helped sort thru multiple offers and provided much appreciated guidance ultimately resulting in the sale of our property at the best price. We were kept abreast of each step along the way and supported when decisions had to be made. I plan to return to Reali for any real estate needs I may have in the future.

Aug 15,2020Consider Ron the conductor of a symphony. He sets the tempo, calls on each section of the orchestra to do their magic at the appropriate time. Ron is professional, responsive and knows his stuff. He provided guidance on prepping the house for the photo/video shoot, giving us a checklist to get all the reports ready. He then shared comparables in the neighborhood to price the house appropriately for the market, ensuring we’d be successful out the gate. In the age of real time info, Reali delivers. Ron set up alerts so we’d be informed of all showings. Rest assured, he actively screens requests so your home is not just open as a free-for-all. He noted one request came from an expired license and flagged it, to prevent tying up a time slot for another prospective and legitimate buyer. The takeaway is he pays attention! The escrow process was great as well and I can continue boasting about this team but this might end up being a novel. There are so many great things to say about working with Ron and with the Reali team. Everyone kept us informed of progress and we closed! Do yourself a favor and work with Ron and the Reali team!

Aug 12,2020I did a Trade In program with Reali. Initially I had no idea how beneficial it would turn out to be. I chose the company after a wonderful conversation with James Dienes who sounded highly professional and made a lot of sense. Reali helped me to escape the misery of COVID-19 quarantine by winning a highly desirable house for under list price right before the stay-at-home order took effect. Their rapid closing of escrow and smooth processing allowed me to move to a restful place in about two weeks and putting my home on sale leaving all preparations such as cleaning, inspecting, fixing and furnishing to the company. James and my agent Ilana Herring were very professional in all aspects - excellent ethics, expert advice, support and ease of the process. Ilana was very proactive advertising and showing my home on sale in difficult times. In addition, Reali loan processing team made it easy and pleasant to work with. I am highly satisfied with their service and would recommend the company to everyone!

Aug 11,2020We worked with Sherie Corsello as our agent in the East Bay of CA. She was very patient and insightful; she happily showed us a dozen or so homes both virtually via Facetime and in person. She expertly guided us through the process of purchasing our wonderful new home. We found the experience with Reali to be very comparable to dealing with a traditional broker. Overall the process went smooth and I have no complaints. Our rebate was processed 2 days after closing and we could not be happier with our Reali experience.
