Dec 01,2018I used Reali to buy your house last year, this review is overdue. The process was very smooth from the very beginning, from negotiation to writing up the contract, inspections and final closing, everything was done perfectly. Their communication is awesome, the technology platform is super, and I got to save a LOT of money on my purchase! I am going to use them again in the near future to purchase a rental property, I would totally recommend them

They went above and beyond for a veteran and some trying times as usual with such a large and important financial decision. The bonus is the sizeable rebate you earn and comes right when you need it the most as a homeowner! I recommend Reali to all my friends and will happily use them for selling or buying a home in the future.

Dec 01,2018I highly recommend Reali - especially for buyers who have a Do-It-Yourself philosophy. Before using Reali, we'd used a couple other real estate agents, and they were all good, but we got to the point where we were reading the disclosures and property inspections, researching the neighborhoods, and looking up comparable home values ourselves, and at that point, we felt we didn't need traditional agents any longer. Don't get me wrong: there's still a need for the concierge-like service that traditional agents offer, but we found we really just needed someone to help us estimate each home's value, prepare our bid, submit it, and oversee the negotiations. Reali is especially great if you're looking in the San Francisco Bay Area, where bidding can be so fierce and properties sell so quickly, that you, as the buyer, have to move just as fast, and Reali's team-oriented system - where there's always a team member available to help you - is perfect for that. And with all the other online tools available out there, Reali is the perfect fit for someone who likes to do a lot of their own searching, a lot of their own legwork, and to learn to be a better buyer by doing it yourself. And, of course, there's that fantastic Reali rebate, which was an extra bonus once our sale was completed. We used it to make some renovations and repairs. I can't recommend Reali enough. More than a few times, their staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find our home.

Dec 01,2018I was really glad to find a real estate company that does not charge exorbitant agent commissions. In 2017 when I bought my home, they charged $5000 which was much more reasonable compared to the 3% charged by conventional agents (considering that the amount of work is so tiny). The agent assigned to me was good with use of technology such as docusign for document preparation. However he did not do anything beyond document preparation. I asked him to get me a quote of the staging furniture and he told me that he is waiting for a response from the seller agent whereas in reality he never contacted the seller agent. Also, he never asked me for a final walk-thru and told the the seller agent that I am not finalizing a date for the final walk-thru. Not the highest standards of professionalism.

Dec 01,2018We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We were so fortunate to have Lanette. She is awesome. As our realtor, every time we viewed a new property Lanette would perform a methodical inspection, looking for sign of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish and appliances etc. She also help us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. Thanks again Lanette and Reali team for being such a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend this team to anyone that is searching for a new home.
