Jun 17,2020We used Reali for our first home buying experience. Initially we were apprehensive since we feared that the Reali agent might not be able to give us personal attention which we needed as first time home buyers. However that fear quickly vanished when we first met Pegge Trail (our Reali agent). She took time to understand what we were looking for and started pointing us towards resources that can help us further think through our options. Pegge acted as an advisor who listened to our concerns/needs and provided recommendation or simply a direction, as per our need. She stopped us from compromising on our Priority 1 needs when our first offer was rejected due to unjust demands from the seller. For our second offer (house that we closed), Pegge visited the place and pointed out +ves and -ves to us. She helped us close the house by getting a pulse on the seller (and their agent) needs. Most importantly, over the past two months, Pegge has become a trusted friend who we call for any house advice. As first-time home buyers we had so many questions to help us determine if this is a fit for us. She has been available throughout the day to answer those questions. No questions are unwelcome: "How would the loan process work", "How would title check run", "Safest ways to clean hardwood floors", "What home insurance policy is the best", "How will we add ceiling fans", "how much will spa maintenance cost" and the list goes on. She has never shown frustration even when called three times in an hour for different questions. Best of all - she seems to genuinely enjoy these conversations. I highly recommend Reali and especially Pegge Trail for this amazing experience. Add the awesome refund you get from Reali and this makes it a 5+ star experience.

Jun 17,2020I have worked with Mel for selling and buying homes for three time for the past year, which speaks for itself on how his service is appreciated. Mel has a vast knowledge and experience in real estate transactions, which is almost unparallel to any other realtors I know of. He would analyze scenarios and outline the approach for each outcome with a nearly pinpoint accuracy and this is exactly the quality I am looking for from a real estate agent. I am looking forward to working with Mel for my next real estate transaction, which will be the fourth one with him.

Jun 16,2020Overall the service was professional and efficient. I received answers to all the dilemmas that came up. Sometimes there was a problem of clarifying some points or other and the process was tedious. But it probably has to do with regulation and not people themselves.

Jun 16,2020The agents in Reali are very very nice and even the back office staff. No one pushes the clients too much it's all very cordial. I really loved working with all the Reali agents especially Tricia Atkinson. The app on the other hand is very very out dated. I could never use the app for real house finding . I always had to rely on other apps website and do back and forth.

Jun 11,2020We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Ron. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Ron, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on. He really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up getting the offer accepted , Ron walked us through every step of the negotiations, Throughout the journey , Ron has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethics are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family We now consider Ron a friend and family and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home. Jun 10,2020Abel Simonyan is such an awesome knowledgeable and friendly housing agent. He has such positive attitude that it's extremely nice to have him as my house selling Reali agent. Selling a market value home in a pandemic before the small dip is very challenging. And it takes us about 4 months to successfully sell it in a non-high buying but nice safe scenic area. It's tough with what we had went through, and Abel is able to stay calm and focus to keep on going, and doing his very best for us to sell our house. Do take note that his rate with Reali is really good and attractive for seller like us. And that does not take away the high quality services he is able to provide to us. Keep it going Abel. May 30,2020Pegge Trail represented me as an agent on a Trade In Program through Reali. I moved into my new home in December of 2019 and listed my old home near the end of January 2020. Little did any of us know that Covid-19 would impact the market is such drastic ways. Pegge has been a joy to work with, she found a buyer during these challenging times, and was representing me excellently. Unfortunately the buyer could not arrange financing and the deal fell through, but through all that Pegge never quit working for me. Even though I ended up renting my old place out, Pegge was positive and upbeat and I would definitely consider her as an agent again

May 14,2020Pegge Trail from Reali helped us buy a dream house! She was so patient with us, always answered phone or email, and pulled a crazy amount of disclosures. After writing the very first offer we went into Escrow - but unfortunately had to pull out based on contingency - the house was in a far worse shape after doing inspections (leaking roof, old sewer, electrical issues) and we could't come to an agreement with sellers on price. After that Pegge helped us write couple of more offers to finally get accepted for the dream house. Our offer was accepted right before COVID and we had to face all of the "bonuses" that came with it - hard to get an inspections, delay in closing and so on. Pegge was always by our side, negotiatin with the sellers an early move in date, since we already gave landlord notice and had no place to live. (You can probably imagine the anxiety level at this point). She helped us handle this stressful situation and I will be forever grateful! She is also has a great personality and very fun to work with - I highly recommend her. She has an extensive knowledge of Bay Area and can help determine good/bad areas.

May 06,2020I am so happy with the transaction coordinated by Sherie Corsello. Sherie offered her guidance to help me put in a very strong offer in a very competitive market. My offer was accepted just before the SIP order was set in place due to COVID-19. After the SIP, It was definitely not business as usual and Sherie handled it like the pro that she is. It was a little unsettling for me to enter into a contract when the markets were so volatile but working with Sherie eased my nerves. I always felt like the transaction was in great hands and I couldn't be happier with the overall outcome. I will highly recommend Reali and Sherie specifically. Thank you so much!

Apr 30,2020Hopeless experience. Responsive but they kept requesting more and more documentation. Tax returns, 3 years, K1s, business returns, lease agreements, articles of incorporation, account statements, it seemed endless and I never got through to a lender, just dealing with their staff.

Apr 29,2020Pegge has been wonderful in representing me in my property sale. She worked hard and diligently for a very satisfactory outcome. We put the property up on the listings just at the same time the COVID-19 virus hit and all the Shelter-In-Place restrictions started being implemented. Pegge helped us "hold fast" and continue with the open house and with all the cleaning and sanitizing necessary. We ended up with 19 offers, 3 back-up offers. The first offer fell out due to unfortunate job loss but the second one came through at an even higher price so we are very satisfied with the eventual sale. The process was stressful due to the virus implications to the market but Pegge worked with me putting in the long hours and assisting me with all the paperwork questions I had through-out.She was always there for any question, concern, worry, etc.. I cannot recommend her working with Pegge Trail enough! You will fortunate to have her as your agent.
