You won't go wrong with such an experienced agent who is well versed with all real estate related matters ranging from insurance, home sales, escrow, negotiations on offers and a variety of other REAL related transactions. Most of all, Abel knows when to execute, negotiate and recalibrate transactions. Very informative and experienced. For sure, you wont regret!

Apr 25,2020Abel Simonyan is a top notch realtor who is highly integrious, hardworking, knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator who gets results. For example, because of Abel’s excellent marketing and negotiating skills, I was able to sell my house for $20K above my list price. Abel was so attentive to my needs as a client that he made me feel like I was his ONLY client. Most importantly, I felt very safe with him. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that he would protect my interests because of his high level of integrity. All of these qualities coupled with his extraordinary sense of humor made the selling of my home stress-free and surprisingly enjoyable. I now feel like apart of Abel’s family. Apr 22,2020I would like to draw your attention to the excellent service I got while getting into the selling process of my property. The listing agent, Abel Simonyan, professionally took care of the sale and handled the challenges we have along the process. Once we signed the initial agreement, we found out that we have a water leak that prevented us from going on. He handled the crisis in front of the buyer's agent and the buyer, helped me with the urgent renovation we had to perform and controlled all aspects of the process until we safely reached the Closing Date. Apr 15,2020Ron Laserna I first met with Ron probably a year ago through Zillow. He is very professional and knowledgeable about Bay Area real estate market. He did his best to show me each and every house in the market I choose to see. He is very flexible, so I could go and see the houses with him after my office work. Apr 14,2020Given the price point you do get what you pay for. If you use them it's going to require some work on your part to call and schedule cleaners, stagers, gardeners, etc. They don't handle that. This wasn't a problem for me but something to be aware of. My issue though is that they are driven to make a sale as fast as possible because they have no incentive to get you more money. They act in the interest of the buyer more than the seller to push to sell fast no matter the price. We had a complicated situation with solar and they wanted nothing to do with it. We lost 33k because of this and their response was basically, "that's unfortunate." I wish we had gone with a traditional agency to help us through this as it was a huge strain on my family and not worth the money we saved by choosing them.

Apr 11,2020I'm a Loan Officer and been in the mortgage business for 17 years. Reali's business model is the future and I'm surprised it's not more popular. We closed on our home about a month ago and Reali sent us $7,212 for using their services. There is plenty of ways for us to use the extra cash. Dena was our agent and she was amazing. She helped us identify when sellers we're covering up bigger problems. She was very knowledgeable about the market in the area we're looking and she made herself available in a pintch. She even talked the seller into crediting us $5,000 toward our closing costs after we made the initial offer. Our transaction coordinator was Mary and she came off as being new to the industry. However she worked quickly whenever things became urgent. The biggest con to this organization is the lack of communication. I felt like I needed to do some hand holding in order to keep things moving but it was well worth it for $7,212. I recommend this company to everyone.

She was very pleasant, kind, and affable. She was also able to help me in making my decision to purchase my first home and also provided insight regarding the offer I had in mind. I hope that next time I buy a home or know of a love one who might be interested in a home we can have Carmit and Reali to help.

Mar 30,2020Ron is hands down the best agent one could hope for. We were first time home buyers and new to Bay area. We both are recently married and we were looking for a perfect house that we could call our home. There were many constrains on commute, look and feel of the house, location, price etc. Ron has been the perfect person for the job. He was patient while we were trying to find the right place and constraints that work for us. Gave great suggestions on what is a good locality is and what is not, which can be changed later and which cannot be etc. As you know Bay area housing can get crazy in terms of the demand, the large number of offers and the time in which a listed house gets sold. When we bought our house, it was a week or less with half a dozen to dozen offers per house. In such a situation, timing and making a clean offer makes all the difference. Ron was always available to show the house anytime during the week as soon as the house becomes available, patient when we kept rejecting a bunch of them, and was very knowledgeable when it came to making an offer. He knew exactly what would get us the house. Whether we need changes in the amount or the contingencies or add more incentives or write a clean offer, he was key in getting the house when we like something. Reali, the agency Ron works with is amazing in this as well. It gives back around 1.5% cashback or makes u put an all cash offer (after checking your credit etc.) So it's a one stop shop, where you, the agent and loan officer can work together to make the best offer. As per our house that we bought, We loved it as soon as we saw it. But it was a hot home. In the end, it had 12 contingent offers with two/three more than our price. Ron along with reali put in a really good clean all cash offer which made us get the house. We also included a personalized letter on why we loved the house and what it means on Ron's suggestion and it worked out well for us. The whole experience after we entered the contract was also very seamless and he was also very knowledgeable about any fixes or things we need to do to the house we just bought. Highly recommend Ron and Reali for any housing needs you may have. We wouldn't have found a house we both loved in such a short time with such hassle free experience.

She went above and beyond by looking for a house that fit all of the needs of our growing family and helped us navigate making a good offer. South Pasadena is a market that sells quickly so she was quick to schedule a viewing if we were interested in a home. She was also available for us day and night, weekdays and weekends, for our 100 different questions. Even in the couple days after we purchased our home she didn't disappear. We had a few questions then and she was more than happy to help us. I highly recommend working with Lena in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

They assisted me on the sale of my house and I was able to sell my house after one weekend of it being listed. My house sold for over the asking price. Reali has a great staff that help you through the whole process of selling your home. I truly believe that Reali has the best approach on the buying and selling of homes especially in the SF Bay Area. I would recommend this company and agents to anyone wanting to list or buy especially in the Bay Area.

Mar 26,2020Our agent was Dena, who was absolutely amazing. She helped us through the process and helped us with any questions we had. She was always on time for appointments and was very professional. Unfortunately, my wife was laid off from work due to the COVID19 pandemic going on so we decided to hold off buying a house for now. The Reali app is easy to use and all paperwork is submitted through it. My wife and I enjoy searching for houses, which you should expect to do a little more on your own than using a traditional agency, but with the range Reali gives you it's more than worth it. When we get back on our feet we will definitely use Reali to help us purchase a home.

As we were first-time buyers, Ron was so patiently walked through the whole purchasing process with us (which contains so many steps and sometimes can be stressful) and always gave us helpful advices. Mar 24,2020Reali was wonderful! The lead agent who helped us, Kathy, was awesome, knowledgeable and was always there to answer our questions! She always kept us up to date on what was happening. She was a text, email or phone call away. Love her and all of the other Reali staff. The whole process felt extremely modern, simple, easy and stress free! Reali (their helpful staff and their processes used from beginning to end) was such a seamless experience. When I first spoke with Kathy, she mentioned how Reali was revolutionizing the home buying experience, and after going through the process, she was ABSOLUTELY correct. Signing the multitude of documents was a cinch. Communication was easily done through email or text. We can't recommend them enough. There's a great saying by Maya Angelou that goes: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Working with Reali (Kathy and other Reali staff) was simply a positive house buying experience that I would recommend to my friends and family a thousand times over. (If it helps others out there, we are in the Los Angeles County area.)

Mar 19,2020OUR AGENT IS AMAZING! We're tech-savvy, and don't need a lot of hand-holding as buyers. Before Reali, we spoke with many agents and even tried to work with listing property agents hoping we would get priority or additional intel when buying a property. That whole experience was terrible! Everything changed when we met Pegge from Reali. We trust her to have our best interest in mind and have referred her to many of our friends who are considering a purchase or don't like their current experience. Our Reali agent showed us the true value of working with a transparent company that's on your side in these times of uncertainty.

Apr 25,2020We went with reali mainly for the bridge loan using their trade in program. There is still some growing pains and lack of communication in their processes that need smoothing out. As an example we received 3 notices for the inspections for the home we were purchasing, that was fine. A day or two later we received notices for the home inspections on our home, wait a minute. Nobody ever contacted us about being ready for the home inspections, which we weren't, had to reschedule them for 30 days later, communication was would of saved confusion and extra time on my part. We originally went with reali loans, let's just say we we ended up going with our credit union for the loan and it wasn't for a better rate, too many issues with that part of reali. Sherie Corsello was our agent, very professional, especially helping buy and sell a home during a pandemic which is uncharted territory. My recommendation is to always get everything in writing, had a discrepancy at the end and I'm real glad I had the information in an email trail. It would of been nice if reail had 1 project coordinator (especially for trade-ins where you're using all their sub-divisions) you could go to for all questions and they could route it to the correct reali person, they have too many cooks in their kitchen. I'm sure they will iron out all the rough spots and it will be smoother in the future.
