Apr 03,2025I booked a round trip with united on Foggyfly’s website. They called me stating the flights I booked are not available. Foggyfly would not give me a refund even though they could not deliver on my reservation. They wanted me to pay a substantial amount over and above what they already charged for a different flight that did not fit my travel agenda. The flights that fit my agenda required even more money. Doubling the original cost and increasing the layover to 5 hours. They refused to find a solution I could live with or refund my fare.

Apr 02,2025This site is a complete scam. I booked a flight because it seemed cheaper than other options, only to discover that I had no baggage allowance. When I called customer service, they were unhelpful and told me my only option was to change my booking—at double the original price. When I requested a refund, the service is reportedly rude and even threatens to charge the full amount even I cancel the booking.

Apr 01,2025Krish was very helpful with getting the dates and times of travel for my trip. The one thing is you have to wait while this process is in progress. It takes time to get the conformation. He emailed the itenerary and got back to me a couple hours later with the conformation for the trip. Kristy called later to review the iteneray with me to confrim all of the flight information and ensure my confirmation numbers were all correct. She informed me they would call to issue tickets and check in the day before the trip. All very helpful.

Apr 01,2025I was able to book a round-trip flight online. Upon a phone call one flight was no longer available. If I wanted to stay at the same price, I would have to leave at 7am vs the 10pm flight originally planned. Or pay 600 dollars more. When I stated it's more than going directly to the airline website, she stated this is none refundable so you must book with me. You have already paid 219. If you don't book this flight, then you will lose your money. They could change the flight time and even the destination but couldn't change it to one way. After going round and round for 30 minutes. I asked to talk to a manager which magically none we available. It wasn't until I stated it sounds like I getting pressured into a 7am flight for you to get a bigger commission and that's why no one is available that something happened. I was told I'm canceling this reservation, and you get nothing. And was then hung up on.

Apr 01,2025Selected and paid for a round trip flight. Received a phone call and email to call them. In both correspondences it was deemed an urgent matter. Called number given and basically my ticket had not been reserved and told my return flight was a "wait list" flights. Every option given was for more money!! In the frustration of everything, I ended the first call and checked a few things on my end. Glad I did because when I did call back in I spoke with a different operator. In the course of the second conversation I was made aware that my card had not been charged! Immediately logged into my credit care account to make sure, and my money was still there. Lucky break for me because I then told them I wanted to cancel the entire transaction. I immediately went to Expedia, bought and paid for my flight like I should have done in the first place. During the first call the operator was adamant that I could not cancel and I needed to be more flexible and pay more $$$ to finalize my trip. I guess the second guy let it slip that I had not been charged. Once I stated that I wanted to cancel, second operator started typing something and hung up on me. Either way I was very lucky to get out of this!

Mar 31,2025Scam Alert. These people from India are scammers. Be careful of your transaction, or do not transact your trip here. They will give you a confirmed flight, and you will be surprised by the time of your journey; YOU ARE NOT CONFIRMED. They will ask you for additional big some of money to fix it.
