Apr 08,2025Jeff appeared to be more focused on providing information than listening to my concerns. In the end he assisted with solving my issue regarding my flight times and payment arrangements. I dont have any issues with Kristy because the conversation was brief and she solved a small problem.

Apr 08,2025The employees seem to be honestly trying to help. They didn't get upset when I had to keeping asking them to repeat, due to the foreign accents. They advertised a low price, but after we gave the credit card number, they called back and said we had to pay several hundred more dollars to actually book a flight. We hadn't read all the fine print, evidently. I consider that Bait and Switch fraud. So we paid the extra money for each ticket. They called me, and emailed boarding passes. She asked me to give a 5 star review, offered to help me fill it out on the spot. I didn't have time for that right then. I took the boarding passes to the airport and found out that they hadn't actually bought my tickets. The airline employee took my (different) credit card, got me tickets, and said, "Don't ever deal with those people again. Hopefully your credit card company will get your money back." So that's what we're trying to do, now that we are back home. Update/Edit: I forgot mention that we had to sit in the very back of the plane on all four flights. I got a window once, though.

Apr 07,2025Total scam. Read reviews. Come up with a non-refundable price and then ask for more money before they can give you the confirmation number. I spoke to 4 different people there who all lied to me about sending out an email to confirm my flight.

Apr 04,2025No where in the Foggyfly information did it say there was no baggage allowed. This resulted in and outrageous upcharge. I could have booked it on 4 different sites cheaper. I will never use this site again for anything as it is a fraud if you do not put in the description at baggage in not allowed. Who can fly without baggage? Insane The girl that confirmed is fine.

Apr 04,2025After I paid for discount fare, they told me about too many restrictions. Why they did not tell me before I paid for the discount fare. It is deceiving to me as a cheap fare as a bait. You should tell everything before clients pay for it.

Apr 04,2025I thought I was booking a flight to and from an airport that I wanted but then I got a call that I would have to change airports so I had to go to an airport 75 miles from the one I was requesting and it cost me $100 more... I am very disappointed with this website.. I could not cancel and now I have to find a way to get 75 miles to where I wanted to go. and for the same price I could have gotten the right airport and a better airlines!! I would never recommend using this site just stick with the real airlines!! This is a fraud!!

Apr 04,2025The prices they offer are not correct. They call you after you have made the reservation and tell you the price for that itinerary is higher, and they give you a lot of runarounds and dot solve the Issue. SUPER BAD,PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP AWAY FROM HEADACHES!!

They charge you for finding flights you already found and charge you extra like they did the leg work for you and giving you a discount. Never got my confirmation #. They are overseas people that answer the phones and are rude and pushy. They take so long act like they are helping you. They keep you on hold ForEver. I wouldn't recommend this trash company to my dog to use!!!! REFUND MY MONEY YOU SCAM ME OUT OF $231.37 TO BE EXACT!!!
