I purchased a round trip ticket to São Paulo on a promotional price and was not informed until after the transaction, and only because I called to correct some information, that this was for a standby seat. I asked for my money back and the representatives (there are several of the course of several hours) tried to upsell me into higher priced tickets. I went through the online purchase again to see if I missed the notice about standby classification. I did not. It was not disclaimed at all.

Feb 20,2025Pure scam. Advertising flights and prices which are not available. Email said debit card will not be charged before tickets are issued. Than they call and said these tickets are not available and they can put me on waiting list or can upgrade my $381 tickets for requested fly for $460. I asked to cancell, but they told me my card is already charged for $381 even tickets are not issued and money cannot be refunded. I asked for different flyts and the best they can do to charge me extra $199 more then other companies advertise. They speak with very have Indian/pacistanian accent
