Feb 14,2025Son unos estafadores pague por un vuelo y una maleta de bodega cuando hablo directo a la línea solo tenía para una maleta de mano llame para hacer la reclamación y lo que hacen es burlarse y reírse en tu propia cara cero profesionalismo mi vuelo había cambiado y nunca me avisaron me enteré cuando llame en la línea no lo recomiendo no lo hagan no van a solucionar cualquier problema que tengan y se van a reír en tu cara te ponen en espera y regresan a seguir burlándose

I only do not like that on your website you do not put in bold print right next to the ticket price that initially I was buying a stand- by ticket. You may have gotten your money today, but not a repeat customer. I like straight forward business not the bait and switch.

Feb 13,2025I was a little frustrated when I got a call that my flight will be canceled due to restrictions it has and that the money I paid wont be refund to me if I did not change my flight. but Charlene assisted to get me a different ticket that costs more anyways. . I am grateful for Charlene stepping in to help but I am still mad though. Thank you Charlene.

Feb 15,2025The first part of my reservation was horrible the man ignored everything I was asking him i asked for a English speaking person because I couldn't understand him. The second part when they called me back I got an English speaking man named Bill great man helped me out tremendously. The lady making sure I got my ticket is awesome also.
