Feb 18,2025BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU the same routine you book a ticket pay for it then they call and tell you a lie that that flight is full or that flight is canceled then they sell you a real expensive ticket. When i arived at airport there was NO TICKET FOR ME AT THE DESK They ripped me off when i called they put me on hold and transfered me to person to person then they HUNG UP ON ME now its to late my plane took off stuck at the airport forced to pay high price ticket at the airort DONT USE FOGGYFLY SCAMMERS Robbed me for $429.00

Feb 18,2025SCAM - STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE! This company engages in illegal consumer practices through deceptive pricing tactics and false advertising of low fares. After you provide your credit card information, they will contact you to inform you that the flights you selected and were charged for, which appeared on your email receipt, are now five times more expensive than what you initially agreed to. They will claim that the ticket is a basic economy fare, preventing you from selecting a seat or bringing any baggage, and the airline will not allow you to pay any fees for these services. The prices they attempt to charge you for flights are significantly higher than what you could have purchased by booking directly with the airline. Do not hesitate to report them to the Better Business Bureau and take immediate action to CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD! Protect yourself and do not engage with this deceptive service. Write to the CTC and notify them of these consumer scams so they can shut them down and prevent others from being taking advantage of.

You book a flight through them and then they call you immediately after and aggressively attempt to upsell you to a ticket double the price by threatening that your return flight isn’t guaranteed. They insesently call and email you like stalkers. I called American Airlines and my reservation wasn’t even booked. Scam. *side note* it’s obvious that the positive reviews were rated by their employees. Who would give 5 stars for being lied to and forced into paying double the agreed upon price. Feb 17,2025This was a very, very unpleasant experience. Communication was unclear with a lot of background noice like call center with hundreds of people there on the phone. Was accused of not answering call from you guys when there was no calls recieved and was told there had been 3 calls made to me and due to that I was able to get price range were it was initially. Price was no where near what I had agreed to and the representative had an unpleasant attitude and was not clear. I, the customer was being a little flexible with travel dates but still did not get anywhere near the initial price. Will not plan to use foggyfly every again!!!

Feb 17,2025DO NOT BOOK with Foggyfly. I need to pay $100 more than if I would have booked directly with airline. They get their money by telling you there is no luggage included so you are stuck. If you don't pay the extra money you will be on STAND BY so there is no way to know if the flight is going to be full and then you LOOSE the money you paid. On top of that, I can not book lodging as I will not know if I am able to get on the plane. This is NOT a discount site and they mislead the consumer. How can they feel good about this?

First they will not tell you anything after you pay for the cheapest ticket them next morning they will call you and tell you its not the confirmed flight ticket and if you want to buy it you can buy with them which will be more then the regular fight price and if you asked to canceled it they won’t let you do that too. Same things happen to me but my husband was smart and he just take transfer all the money from that account and blocked that account. Scam foggy fly stop playing with others. They should knew that if someone booked the cheapest flight then they should know that they bought it due to many reasons. The answer shouldn’t be if I were you I would never booked this cheapest flight by some indian employee or manager but his accents was a pure indian guy.

Feb 16,2025My worst experience, to start with they don't want to give me my money back and then they force me to buy something I didn't want to buy. In the end they charged me too much and according to them no one can do anything. It's horrible.

Feb 15,2025Did not get the tickets that I tried to purchase and had to pay more in order to complete the total purchase. I will never use this company ever again as it seems like a big scam. I hope my reservations are good when the time comes to actually travel.

Feb 19,2025No response when requesting reimbursement on my credit card. I've emailed Eric (ext. 428) twice without any response. Tickets to Thailand were never ordered and cancelation of potential itinerary was canceled within 24 hours. Further action will be taken if this matter isn't resolved. J and K Johnson 2/20/2025 Eas told Eric would call back in 1 hour last night.....still waiting.
