Feb 12,2025Christina Did not explain the policy properly, said what I paid for did not come with anything included and the flight return was not available. She then stated the ticket I purchased was for standby or waitlist ticket. I reread everything in the email and at booking and did not see anything that used those terms. Christina then goes to say there was a "promotion" of about $550, which is $100 more than what the airline charged. She was very rude and pushy when speaking to me, constantly putting me on hold, did not answer my questions, and kept saying I was going to lose the $288.51 that was charged if I did not pay the extra money. When I asked her not to change anything on the itinerary, I am not willing to pay for a promotion that charges more than the airline, she responded, "perfect" and hung up the call

Feb 11,2025Never received e-tickets and had to call four (4) times. Once I finally got my e-tickets, I called the airlines direct. Foggyfly booked me flights with no bags when I specifically told them I needed to check bags. Had to upgrade my flights through two (2) different airlines. The whole experience cost me more than just going direct to the airlines. DO NOT USE! Go through someone more creditable!

They lure you with low prices, and then start extorting money, telling you that your flight was not confirmed by the airline, specifically yours and on this day, and you will not be allowed on the plane with cary on, and there will be no place for you there. In general, naked blackmail and extortion. They talk rudely, shout and do not even let you say a word, imposing other airports, days, time. They do not want to return the money, although the site says "refund within 24 hours". If I could, I would put minus ten stars

Feb 10,2025I shouldve read the reviews but if you already bought tickets from them, just be patient and they’re kinda helpful in getting you a good deal. Overall worst experience, but what can you do once you’ve bit the bait. Be patient and work with them, they dont usually do refunds
