Jan 24,2025This is a classic bait and switch. After booking airline tickets online I received a call from Sharon telling me that my wife would need to fly standby unless I wanted a different flight with a higher cost. I reluctantly agreed after she promised to send me two voucher for $75 each for future travel. She also said we would have seat selection and a free carryon. (The tickets were for basic economy.). After the tickets were issued I find that neither of those are included. After an unanswered email and multiple attempts at a phone conversation, Sharon agreed to call back within an hour about those issues. No call has been received. I don’t trust that anything said by Sharon will prove to be true. I will never use this booking site again. Cheaper is not better.

Jan 22,2025I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT I BOUGHT THE TICKET ONLINE AND PAID, BUT THEN I RECEIVED A PHONE CALLE FROM FOGGYFLY SAYING THAT MY TICKET WAS $ 349 MORE, AND THAT I HAD TO PAY THAT DIFFERENCE.

Jan 19,2025What started out as a very rocky start with Eddy turned out to be a great end with his supervisor, William. Did I get a good deal, yes. Would I use them again, unsure. It was definitely a switch and bait online, call them and don't use the website. *update* never called to upgrade us like they promised. This was our anniversary trip and they fumbled.

Jan 17,2025Totally unethical website. Took money out of my account for a round trip and booked only a one way for the round trip. The one way was way over the Southwest Airlines website. Gave me the run around many times. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible

I was called 15 times the next day to be informed american airlines would not let me add on luggage so i could only have. purse When I booked it said a checked bag was 40 Foggyfly said no -why else call me but to switch me 3. first guy was rude, sarcastic and told me how lucky i was to work with him and how he was doing me a favor by giving me a good rate he said he could switch it for close to the same cost as my other flight It was double 4. Adora hung up on me when J refused to create an email according to what she wanted 5. My cc company flagged foggyfly as a fraud 6. worst experience ever!!!!

After talking to someone who does not speak English and taking well over an half hour to continue to explain that my travel dates are not flexible nor is the price I am willing to pay I was charged a $150.00 cancellation fee for NOTHING!!! This company is useless and their explanation of how they really handle your flights needs to investigated as these terms are not provided prior to booking what you think is an affordable flight. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!
