Apr 15,2025This site is a complete BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM! My 82 yr old father is having surgery and booked a flight with them for me to come down to take care of him. He got a deal for $288, and booked the flight. A day later, I was looking for confirmation from the airline, and the airline told me the flight was not booked. The rep for foggyfly called me at MIDNIGHT to tell me that the flight dad paid for wasn't available, and they could put me on another upgraded flight for an additional $750! When I told the rep it was unacceptable, and to refund my parents, they got very rude on the phone, and then said there was a different flight for an additional $350. I told them i needed to check with my father, and went on Expedia, and found the 2nd flight foggyfly offered me for $387 NOT $640! Go through a reputable booking site! Make sure you read reviews! Foggyfly is a Total scam!

Apr 14,2025READ THE REVIEWS as this company is a complete fraud. Booked my flights online through them and still hadn't received confirmation of flights three days later. I called and was told the return flight was unavailable and that I needed to choose a different flight both ways. He was trying to move the dates of my flights and then told me it would be another $700. I told him I was not going to pay more money I wanted my original flights as they were available when I booked the flight and I went to the airlines site and could see they were still booking for that flight. The man was VERY RUDE and was insistent on moving my flight dates and upcharging me $700. This company is a fraud and should not be dealt with. The likelihood you will actually get the flight you want for the price advertised is very unlikely.

Apr 13,2025I booked my flight and shortly after (10minutes) I got a call from an agent telling me my booked appt. could not be confirmed because it had changed. She discussed the options for the issue at hand I was told I would have to pay another $178 because the seat in coach was now taken. The told me there was no refunds. I told them I am not paying it and suggested this is a scam. The point is this was not my fault. Very frustrated. They need to confirm before money changes hands. Anna L.

Apr 13,2025Au départ l'offre paraissait attrayante dû au prix très bas comparé à la concurrence, une fois le billet reservé vous êtes pris dans un tunnel, votre argent ne peut pas vous être remboursé et ils vous forceront à les appelé sur un numéro sur taxé (177€ pour 1h d'appel) bien évidemment sans notifier au préalable que le service est payant. Tout ca pour qu'au bout d'une heure d'appel ils vous disent qu'il va quand même falloir payer un supplément. Nous sommes passer de 200€ le billet à 450€ sans ne jamais avoir la possibilité de faire demi tour. Une honte fuyez ce site frauduleux, il n'est même pas normal qu'il bénéficie d'une aussi bonne note générale. Je met une étoile car en mettre zero n'est pas possible.
