This is the worst experience ever. Never come to this website,they are cheating on you. They show flight ticket price that you like, but after you booked,they called you, that price is not included any luggages, even purse, and they raised price,no cancellation, no refund… you have no choice, because you don’t want to lose your money,its terrible experience . DON’T BUy FLIGHT TICKETS ON FOGGYFLY.

Don't purchase your tickets here its a scam you think you're getting a great deal but watch out after you purchase you're tickets you get a phone call and now you're credit card is being held hostage and you pretty much are forced to upgrade. I can't print my etickets because they send supposedly a link that doesn't work and the person in customer service states it's not their fault you can't print them!!!!! just don't go to this site it's a waste and a headache!!!!! I agree with HB who just posted down below and I also intend to complain to national entities, and will file a complaint to ic3.gov, NW3C, and to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I cancelled our flight on united.com but there’s $503.00 not accounted for and not sure if I’m even going to get what was showing as charged $1086.00 plus $79.00 x 4 which was a economy upgrade so I could have my purse with me and a carry on. This is down right robbery !!!! This was for a 2 week trip to Mexico. I had picked our destination from and to Mexico for safe travels and passage in the morning hours and Sheldon was his name changed it all even when I told him (several times)where he rerouted the flight to land in Mexico after 7 pm was highly dangerous . And he still put those times . I was so frustrated because I already was debit card hijacked and the purchase was made. I called them back 3 times and expressed my anger and my not being happy with the way they scammed me and he kept saying I couldn’t cancel the transaction. I went to united and the have a 24 hour clause so I cancelled but I am still not seeing the $503.00 transaction but it sure did come out of my bank account. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and with the ic3.gov!!! Thank you HB for the information and advice. Catalina Zurita
The website gave no opportunity to purchase flight insurance or to include checked baggage. I was not very happy with the overall experience of booking this flight. We ended up with having to fly for a two-week trip to France with just carry-on bags. All personnel on the phone links were professional and courteous.
This is a complete scam. I have booked flights and, strangely enough, I haven't received any e-ticket confirming the booking. One day after sending an email request, I received the most informal call from a rude person, who threatened me with cancellation and with keeping the agreed price on the booking, that she would proceed with cancelation, if I didn't decide to change flights times, days, upon to an extra charge of almost double of what I had arranged on the same booking. Beyond being rude, the person who called me was interrupting all the time. When asked to send the same information she was giving through a phone call to me by email, she refused, saying that there was no information to be sent, threatening me over and over that the price agreed in the first place was non-refundable, whilst cancelling the flights. I even called back the same number to confirm that Foggyfly was calling me, and I recorded the call until she hung up the phone on my face. Everything that a scam is, is audio recorded. Apart from blocking my card and alerting my bank about this scam, I also intend to complain to national entities, and have already filed complaints to ic3.gov, NW3C, and to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). You should do the same. This is a completely illegal scam, it shouldn't be allowed/ranked on Google search, and even shouldn't be legally possible to exist and be opened doors! Unacceptable how they operate as an OTA and are allowed to gather and manipulate information about flights and all airline companies.

Apr 18,2025My credit card company denied partial payment because they did't recognize you. When I explained that to my rep (William), he got very pushy, telling me I had insufficient funds, and just wanted another credit card to finish the deal & be done with me.
