The delivery of the order was quick. However, One of the fresh food, jack fruit was delivered deteriorated, perished and was slimy and smelly. The winged beans were also a bit perished at the edges. The rest were fine especially burdock root. I have written to them about the jack fruit with photos attached and am waiting to hear from them. Credit for Jack fruit and Wing beans received promptly, Thank you Food for Foodies

They have a good selection of products. Shopping experience was easy. Shipping was a bit pricey for what we ordered - just pantry items, but the package arrived in good condition and in a reasonable time.

A problem with the delivery has not been dealt with at all well. The products were not packaged adequately to keep them chilled/frozen. I think there is a simple solution to it but no one wants to take ownership of the issue. Had a very awkward conversation with customer service who were clearly very miffed that I gave a 1 star . They said I was lying and offered 10% discount off the next order. Charming.

In all honesty, I would've given this store 5 stars easily. Good service, good prices with really low delivery costs and quick on delivery. The only minor issue was that one of the food items I ordered was not what was delivered. I'm not sure if it was due to low stock but the item I ordered was the Lotte Choco Banana Pie and what I instead received was Banana Pie Cookies with Mochi. This product was visible on the website but it's odd that it cannot be found anymore.
