The website is easy to navigate and paypal pay in 3 option is amazing! A great selection of food, super kind and helpful over the phone. Will đŻ be ordering again!

Jun 12,2023These people sell items that are past their sell by date and they charge full price for them and dont tell you they're past the date until after you purchase and they have your money. Dodgy. Avoid. UPDATE. I just had a really nasty phone call off some lady from the company (Asiana?), who aggressively laid into me for having the nerve to complain that i was sold sweets that were past the sell by date. her excuse? "we haven't got time to check all dates." her phone manner was aggressive and horrible and totally inappropriate. she would not let me get a word in. i have a bad heart and this woman laid into me because THEY sold me out of date items. sign of a very bad company who can't take negative reviews or any criticisms no matter how valid. AVOID!!!!!

Staff called which I missed and called again the next day to let me know that one of the products expiry date was in September, which I didn't mind at all. Items were packed the next working day and dispatched. I chose the quicker delivery option and arrived on time. Will be on ordering again.

Jun 10,2023Fast and prompt, delivered the food very quickly. Only issue was that one of the items I ordered they only had stock of that was out-of-date and hadn't informed that on the site, but they lowered the price and informed me beforehand, so it's only a minor error at worst.

Jun 07,2023I didnât read the other 6 middling-to-bad reviews in the past month on here before I placed my order as a first-time customer â huge mistake! After the usual âweâre going to offer substitutes for out-of-stock itemsâ and eventual refund, the order was delivered today. My order had 3 different types of âfreshâ produce - ⢠1 bag of leafy âAm Choiâ thatâs visibly yellowing and sweating in its bag ⢠1 bag of leafy âKai Lanâ that has browning and curling patches ⢠1 âChayote / Chow Chowâ that has rotting mould going through the centre of the vegetable â i.e. inedible Unhappy with ALL of the âfresh produce in my order either rotting or rotted, I emailed pics to âCustomer Serviceâ asking for a refund. Imagine the shock when the response came back âWe are sorry that the vegetables are not the best condition for this batch. We would like to offer 50% off âŚ.â Basically, this company thinks its ok to try and pass off rotting produce as âfreshâ onto customers who wouldnât have easy access to return the items. And when the customer says âno, this is not what I ordered or paid forâ - Customer Service tries with a âok you wonât pay full price but would you pay 50% for the rotting produce?â Incredibly dishonest to try to pretend bad food is âfreshâ and when theyâre âcaughtâ, try to force the customer to âpay something, pay anythingâ instead of coming clean and refunding straight away.
