Easy to order and even had a phone call to say there was an offer now on something I'd chosen and did I want the 2 for 1 (short dated sweets). Of course I said yes! Great customer service - thank you 😁

Absolutely super experience! They rang and let me know about suitable substitutions and a partial refund for unavailable items. The website is easy to navigate and paypal pay in 3 option is amazing! A great selection of food, super kind and helpful over the phone. Will 💯 be ordering again!

These people sell items that are past their sell by date and they charge full price for them and dont tell you they're past the date until after you purchase and they have your money. Dodgy. Avoid. UPDATE. I just had a really nasty phone call off some lady from the company (Asiana?), who aggressively laid into me for having the nerve to complain that i was sold sweets that were past the sell by date. her excuse? "we haven't got time to check all dates." her phone manner was aggressive and horrible and totally inappropriate. she would not let me get a word in. i have a bad heart and this woman laid into me because THEY sold me out of date items. sign of a very bad company who can't take negative reviews or any criticisms no matter how valid. AVOID!!!!!

Great experience. Great products at great prices. Staff called which I missed and called again the next day to let me know that one of the products expiry date was in September, which I didn't mind at all. Items were packed the next working day and dispatched. I chose the quicker delivery option and arrived on time. Will be on ordering again.

Fast and prompt, delivered the food very quickly. Only issue was that one of the items I ordered they only had stock of that was out-of-date and hadn't informed that on the site, but they lowered the price and informed me beforehand, so it's only a minor error at worst.

I didn’t read the other 6 middling-to-bad reviews in the past month on here before I placed my order as a first-time customer – huge mistake! After the usual “we’re going to offer substitutes for out-of-stock items” and eventual refund, the order was delivered today. My order had 3 different types of ‘fresh’ produce - • 1 bag of leafy ‘Am Choi’ that’s visibly yellowing and sweating in its bag • 1 bag of leafy ‘Kai Lan’ that has browning and curling patches • 1 ‘Chayote / Chow Chow’ that has rotting mould going through the centre of the vegetable – i.e. inedible Unhappy with ALL of the ‘fresh produce in my order either rotting or rotted, I emailed pics to ‘Customer Service’ asking for a refund. Imagine the shock when the response came back “We are sorry that the vegetables are not the best condition for this batch. We would like to offer 50% off ….” Basically, this company thinks its ok to try and pass off rotting produce as ‘fresh’ onto customers who wouldn’t have easy access to return the items. And when the customer says “no, this is not what I ordered or paid for” - Customer Service tries with a “ok you won’t pay full price but would you pay 50% for the rotting produce?” Incredibly dishonest to try to pretend bad food is ‘fresh’ and when they’re ‘caught’, try to force the customer to “pay something, pay anything” instead of coming clean and refunding straight away.
