Great customer service, they phoned to say they didn't have an item and quickly refunded. The picked ginger not as good as my usual brand, but tea was better! Haven't tried curry yet. But very happy and will buy from again

Feb 16,2023To the comment under the review, I haven’t used your company for 2 years and I’m so thankful I haven’t cos for what the company is you got a lot of ill manner and dirty attitudes and the google comment I laughed. Food for foodies shameful company. I rang for an update on the 40 packs of noodles which were missing from my order yesterday I was told that foodies themselves made the mistake and the people packing it so I rang today for an update as to when what time they will come to find there putting it under investigation again when I've sent evidence that I ordered 80 noodles and was given 40. I put a review on trip advisor and was told because they resolved it to take it down and now somehow my noodles I rightfully paid for have been put on hold and I'm missing out on £14.99 and 40 packs less of noodles and I'm a regular customer. I'm appalled by this behaviour and I will take it further if I do not get either a refund or noodles as I paid and didn't receive them. I'll be reporting you to trading standards and will be talking this matter further. Regular customer getting treated this poorly how are you treating your new customers. Once this matter is resolved I will stop using this service and find elsewhere. First time having an issue and what a nightmare that's been, trying to say over the phone that everything was packed trying to indicate that we must be trying to get our money back by pretending. Absolute shocking staff and rudeness with putting the phone down and swapping people to speak to you. You have not solved my issue your staff is rude with a attitude I have reported you to trading standards because of this as well if your staff don't like their job then don't let them do it the service I've received is appealing
