Dec 09,2022Wonderful Chinese Supermarket with all the necessities so you don’t need to go to one of the major Chinese supermarkets. We placed order on Tuesday & quickly received all the items on Thursday between a fixed 1 hour period 11:09-12:09. The items are really well packaged & the DPD Driver was so friendly even asking me to keep warm inside whilst me delivered all the boxes. Quickly checked online if anywhere else sold them and was delighted to find Food for Foodies selling them so quickly ordered 10pkts! The delivery was very quick, amazing service. Nov 22,2022A large amount of items where not available, so didn't arrive. No email sent but quite a few phone calls to let me know items won't be arriving, however no voice message/text was left so had no idea who the missed calls where from. The delivery took awhile to arrive even though paying £13.00 next day delivery. The packaging was horrific, for this reason I will not order again. I had 3 packs of frozen dumplings in a box big enough to fit perhaps 200 packs, wrapped in the dirtiest damp shredded card and layers of wool and ice pack that keeps items frozen. The packs were frozen on arrival but the unpleasant task of dealing with the giant box and dirty filling is something I will not be doing again. I have ordered frozen food from other companies and the packing was never an unpleasant experience. I hope they decide to package better.
