We just received our first delivery today and we were robbed. The bunch they show you when you sign up and in any of their videos and websites itās twice as big. I am contacting trading standards after posting this review (as well as cancelling the account). Donāt fall for this. Update: after emailing customer service I have been dealing with a lovely employee at Freddieās Flowers that resolved my issue and cancelled my subscription. Although the start of our relationship was pretty rocky, they have proven they actually care about their customers. I hope what happened to us was an isolated incident and I was reassured itās been investigated.
I have received flowers from Freddie's for many many years. This year I ordered a Christmas wreath - £65 and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. For a start there was no hook to hang it up on the back, the branches were sticking out at all angles when I took it out the box- the arrangement was uneven and looked a complete mess, branches covered the centre so no hole in the middle and certainly not worth the money I paid. On 3rd December I emailed Freddie's with a photo- no reply- I chased again on 10th- No reply. On 11th I cancelled any future flowers and closed my account. Not a way to run a business !!
Talked into signing up again. I stopped due to receiving disappointing bunches. I wanted a nice, festive order. I received an old, wrinkled, half-dead bunch. Wasnāt worth the money. Meant to be choc full of amaryllis but instead has some cheap filler and 3 amaryllis. Regret buying. Couldāve got a nicer hunch in Aldi for a tenner
I asked freddies flowers to dispatch some flowers to a friend at work. She only works on certain days so it has to be a certain day. After excepting the order freddies then informed me they would be sending it on another day. I contacted them immediately and asked them to send it on another day on which she would be in. They ignored this message and sent it anyway. I then phoned them (if you can find their phone number you are a genius!) And they agreed to send a replacement on a day my friend would be in. These never arrived. Their could be no issue with finding the address as it was one of the major offices of the British government! I then used prestige flowers who are a competitor and they delivered it successfully for a lower cost.
My friend received her showstopper today. Absolutely thrilled. Amazing amaryllis and berries and she scanned the card to get video instructions with the Nutcracker Suite! Absolutely delighted.

I've been trying to cancel for months and someone have been placed on a different monthly contract. This company makes it impossible to cancel. They say they're going to cancel and they upsell you to a "one off". They then put you on a more expensive plan.
I ordered a Christmas door wreath, with green ribbon, on a Sunday evening at 7.50pm for delivery the following day. It arrived at my daughterās, as requested, and she was absolutely thrilled. She described the wreath as the most beautiful she has ever seen. It was fresh and āboojiā and quite a statement piece with fresh lime and cinnamon sticks. She said it is absolutely gorgeous and something beautiful to look at every time she walks through her front door. A product which has certainly been worth the spend! Highly recommended.

The flowers are wonderful and last a really long time. My delivery this week was delivered to the wrong address (no fault of Freddie's Flowers, as they use a third party delivery company). But as soon as I pointed out that the delivery picture was not of our door, they sent out another box of flowers to me without any quibble. A wonderful company, with fabulous customer service.
Iām so impressed with Freddieās Flowers! The flowers I received were beautifully arranged and incredibly fresh. Even after three weeks, theyāre still looking stunning such great quality and longevity! The service has been excellent, and I couldnāt be happier with my experience. I will definitely be recommending Freddieās Flowers to friends and family. Highly recommended!
Freddieās used to be so good but now are unreliable, customer care non existent and prices gone up. For months flowers have been substituted and poorer quality resulting in me really reducing the deliveries received. I received a large bouquet in October and it was extremely poor for the price paid - my daughter unknowing to me ordered the same bouquet for my birthday and yet different substituted flowers. The original bunch died almost immediately and I left a review over a week later customer care contacted to say send a photo (by now flowers already in the bin) next bunch attempted delivery at 10.15pm who wants to pay a premium price for delivery of flowers at 10.15pm - donāt worry they say if they are left out overnight after being in a van all day Iām sure they will perk up. Fortunately the excellent driver on this occasion said they didnāt have access to our property despite Freddieās having our gate code for over 3 years. I sent a strong worded email (as obviously money was taken for the non delivered bunch) end result my subscription was suspended. Laudable non existent customer care flowers that arrive past 10pm multiple substitutions wilting flowed you are told will āperk upā Freddieās is definitely a no from me now.
Flowers don't last any longer than a week, keep getting same type of flower every time, when you emai. To cancel you are bomb barded with phone calls to stay, I am a pensioner now and cannot afford these anymore.
Credit where it's due - Freddie's have been in touch to apologise and set things right. ----- Freddies deliberately make it impossible to cancel a subscription. Unethical business practice. Once they have your credit card, they will bill it seemingly forever. A card expiring doesn't even stop them. They are the florist equivalent of Hotel California - you can never leave! Send them an email to cancel. They ignore it. Call them - They don't answer. No other method to cancel. Fortunately my card issuer dealt with the problem in 2 minutes. I would not recommend Freddie's unless you want flowers delivered forever and you are happy to never cancel.
I'm a postie and I gave the delivery guy exact instructions as to where his next drop was, when I got there to deliver he d just thrown the box in the door way of the flats.Trade button is working, I told him it was but he still couldn't be bothered to walk up 1 flight of stairs.Poor service considering how much their flowers are.
Absolutely disgraceful missed deliveries and still charged customer service is terrible. Get told a different thing every time you phone and if you do ever receive a delivery the boxes are smashed would not recommend being charged for things I havenāt received.
I restarted my subscription recently, then changed my mind the next day. It's an impossible task. I sent two emails which were ignored. I could not get through on the phone. Despite not having a usable credit card number the company still sent flowers so I refused delivery This company delivers flowers but not customer service.
This is the second time I have cancelled my subscription due to poor quality flowers. Some are already broken in the box, while others break when taking off the protective nets. I did complain but only got a sorry. The quality doesnāt match the price.
Edit - after writing this, Freddieās have gone over and above to make things right again. Thank you so much! Great service. They call me periodically to get me to subscribe again. This time I invited them to call back early December so I could look at gifting and they just started up my subscription charge again without asking. Taking money without consent is stealing, surely?

Dec 12,2024I had dealings on the telephone with Bella and Lucy. This was prompted after a very painful experience on the website. Both young women were exceptionally helpful and calming -as I was a little stressed by the time I got through to them! Bella in particular as I think I phoned her three timesš³. Anyway Lucy very kindly took my order over the telephone and all was resolved. Could not fault the personal service.
