Nov 29,2024My 'regular' service is almost always late. You charge in advance for flowers that you haven't delivered - and your drivers either don't bothering ringing the door bell or don't seem bothered about being well outside their delivery timeslot. I used to love Freddies flowers - but about to cancel. They are not cheap and if you can't provide a basic level of customer service it's not worth the angst

However, there are issues with customer service, particularly when trying to cancel a subscription, which has been frustrating for some. Despite these challenges, the flowers themselves are generally of good quality and often surprise with unique selections. Overall, a mixed experience due to customer service hurdles.

Nov 27,2024Consistently excellent flowers which last for 2-3 weeks and we always love watching Freddie’s tips on how to arrange each bouquet. Fabulous value for money and appreciate the flexibility in being able to postpone deliveries. Just a thought but any chance of developing an App to make it easier to log into our account?

Nov 27,2024Lovely flowers that last quite a long time. Great variety of blooms, some that are new to me. I also like that you have the delivery on the week you want and do not have to have flowers on a monthly basis.

Nov 25,2024My flowers weren't delivered on the day (I paid extra to have them delivered the next day) but no one told me. i had to call 5 times and email before i could get through and they just said 'delivery failed'. By then the person i was trying to send flowers to had gotten out of hospital so there wasn't really a point any more.

Nov 22,2024Someone bought some letterbox flowers for me as a gift and I have to say I have never recieved such poor quality flowers. I feel so bad that my friend spent £25 on a very poor selection, and the quality was terrible. I rang to complain and they in fairness were quick to say they'd sent out a replacement, but I have to say I can't see how flower delivery of this kind ensures great quality. I had the same issue a number of years ago when I received Freddie's flowers so would not recommend the letterbox version at any point.
